London-Nice, 45 boxes, 500kg, June 2025:
The good: Picked up my package the day and time they said they would. I even received a link to a page where I could track the truck in real time. Delivered during the agreed week window. All boxes were there, absolutely no damages to the boxes or their contents (I packed myself). Drivers didn't speak much English but were very nice and helping. The customs process went smoothly, I sent my documents and that's all.

The less good: I didn't know when within the week window the truck would arrive. I got notified 2h before he arrived. Luckily I had someone at home to assist.

Overall a very satisfied customer!

I would express my real satisfaction about Jovada service. Since the beginning of my planning, I received all support from Adam and Niko which has been very professional and clear in all points of the paperwork. The collection and delivery happened on time, the driver Andrzej was so friendly and gave me help to load and unload all my stuff very carefully. I really recommend them, 10 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nikodem demonstrated awesome communication and was very patient with me and all the questions and requests that I had. He also set up a WhatsApp group chat so that all involved could communicate updates, etc. Support with the paperwork, if needed, is also offered. Nothing was ever an issue and he provided me with the best quote out of 5 different removal companies! The driver, Daniel, was brilliant! He arrived at the exact time I was given and promised me that all my boxes would arrive in London, from Spain, without one mark and sure to his word, all my belongings arrived safely without any damage or marks. I will definitely be recommending Jovada Express to anyone who asks me for advice after my move.

We used Jovada to move from the UK to Copenhagen.

Overall, I'm very happy with the service and the price. Jovada's service was well-suited for our circumstances and needs: we packed all the items ourselves, and we carried all the boxes between the 2nd-floor (UK)/ 3rd-floor (Copenhagen) apartments and the ground floor, where the driver loaded/unloaded the van. If you need help packing/carrying boxes around, I believe Jovada provides some of that for a fee, but we didn't look into it. We needed efficient transport with good communication, and Jovada provided that.

Timeline:

I got in contact with Adam about two months before the move, and it was pretty simple to get the quotation together. I then got all the required documentation to them, according to their timeline. Closer to the day, the whatsapp group was created. The van took our things on Sunday (we had a 2hr window I believe) and arrived at our new place on Wednesday within a provided 1hr window. The drivers also brought pallet jacks which made it easier for us to move the boxes.

Communication:

Communication was good overall. A few weeks before the move, I hadn't got a reply to some emails, so I just phoned and got a response. Closer to the move, the communication in the whatsapp group was good. One feedback point - the van was delayed a day due to delays at customs. During the event, I just reached out myself to find out the van status, and Jovada gave prompt responses. It wasn't a problem for us, but I'd have preferred more proactive communication.

Special items:

Jovada was maybe the only removal company I got in contact with that was happy to take my plants. I believe most don't take them due to the hassle of needing the required documentation, and worries about them getting squashed. I sorted out all the related documentation myself and packed them appropriately, of course. But it was nice that Jovada was willing to take them, place them appropriately in the van and also be prepared to show the relevant documentation to customs. Jovada informed the drivers about the plants, so they knew the plants needed to be placed appropriately in the van. I reminded the drivers about this on the day too, of course.

Extra note:

After I paid Jovada the final 50% at delivery, my company accidentally sent my reimbursement to Jovada instead of myself. I phoned Jovada, and within a few days, they transferred the money back to me.

In conclusion, we had a very positive experience with Jovada. If they were to offer moving services back to the UK from Denmark, I would choose them again.

The perfect solution for your move. I was relocating back from London to Italy and the service was amazing. In just four days all the boxes were delivered in Italy with no issues. Also, a friendly, quick and supportive customer service always help. Will definitely recommend.

We used Jovada Express's home removal and delivery service. The company managers/staff were professional, knowledgeable, and always courteous in their communication.

The delivery driver was equally polite and efficient, ensuring everything arrived safely. We were notified of any changes to the delivery time.

What stood out for us was the way Jovada Express handled all of the necessary post-Brexit paperwork. They took care of all of the Brexit Britain customs bureaucracy, saving us a huge amount of time and hassle.
