Great service and device returned in a very timely period

We contacted Sarah (Sales Executive) to organise PAT testing, and she quickly responded, arranging the date we requested. We have also contacted her several times in the past for calibration testing or testing certificates and every time she has been highly professional and consistently helpful.

Good communication regarding appointment and efficient technician carried out all the tests efficiently and without any disruption to my morning work. Highly recommended

Sarah has been arranging annual medical equipment calibration for many years and recently organized a fixed wiring test for our business. Throughout this time, she has proven to be incredibly reliable, always quick to respond, and willing to answer even the most basic questions.

The engineers she has arranged have consistently been polite, friendly, and highly professional, always arriving on time. We couldn’t be happier with the level of service and professionalism.

Arranging our next site visit for PAT testing and calibration was a breeze due to Jodie, who promptly scheduled our site visit without hassle, she is extremely professional and helpful! I would recommend.
