Annual equipment testing
Annual equipment testing. JPen on the ball. Notified us in good time with well structured approach and up to the day notifications and timings.
Engineer (Paul) was excellent. Took his time and explained as he went. Tidy worker.
Well pleased with our visit again this year. Invoice was very reasonable too. See you again next year.

Fantastic work by engineer James
James was fantastic.
he attended our GP surgery for Calibration/Pat testing medical devices. He is a true people's person.
James worked around our our busy surgery schedule and stayed over to complete the job.
He even went above & beyond by arranging for some of our equipment to be taken to Jpen offices for calibration.
can we have James back next year.
