Excellent Service provided by Tony F, in calibrating all our equipment. He ensured that all items, remained in groups labelled to which room they came from, so that they could be given back to the correct person. He was also very understanding when I kept finding extra equipment to check! Thank you for the great service.

We started using JPen for servicing our medical equipment over the last nearly 12 months and cannot fault their responsiveness, quick turnarounds (if sending equipment) and thoroughness when it comes to the quality of servicing and reporting. We previously used BD for our syringe drivers and at times would be waiting months for them to be investigated and returned. With JPen, we can send multiple devices and receive them back within 3-4 days. Very happy with the service JPen provide, their communication and helpfulness with any queries. Would highly recommend.
