JPfans is the gateway to an almost exclusive scalper free, Japanese shopping experience. It was an overall easy and great buying experience! Let's start from the beginning. Shopping on their website was pretty easy. They pull from multiple selling sites that you wouldn't normally be able to buy from, at least not easily. The prices are good and fair! You won't find prices this cheap. Ebay doesn't even compare. The fees were also fair. Once you've found a product to purchase JPfans procures the item for you. Once they receive it, they inspect it for quality and accuracy so you can rest assured you're getting what you wanted and in good condition. They also take photos of everything so you can follow along in the process giving you the comfort and confidence in knowing you're getting great service and the product you actually bought. Once the inspection is complete they'll package for shipping. You can choose to pay the estimated shipping costs or wait for them to package and give you an exact price. They again, provide pictures of the packaging process giving you peace of mind know your item is being packed with care. Shipping was fast for an international purchase. I'm used to waiting weeks to months when I purchase through eBay. It took a week and a half for items to arrive and in great condition I might add. Overall the buying process took a few days but it was worth the wait knowing I was getting the level of service I deserved. I will be using JPfans to get my exclusive Japanese products in the future!

The quality of service I get from JPfans is incredible, I collect figures and they have made my acquisitions so much easier as its harder to get these items in my region.

I ordered from jpfans 5 anime figures but one of them wasnt send by the seller and the customer service repied very fast and i got my money back very fast :) rest of the figurines were shipped fastly and everything came to me well secured :D. I recommend using jpfans.

I had an amazing experience with JPFans. I ordered several items including a Turbo Granny plush, multiple Chiikawa plushies, two large figures, a photocard, and a makeup product. Everything arrived in about 2 weeks, which was very reasonable. The packaging was secure and all items came in perfect condition. The quality was excellent, especially the figures, and everything matched the pictures perfectly. The prices were also very affordable for the amount and quality of the items. I’m extremely happy with my order and would highly recommend JPFans to other buyers!

I recently used JpFans to order items from Japan, and so far my experience has been quite positive. The website is well-organized and, most importantly, very transparent about costs — shipping fees and any additional charges are clearly displayed, with no unpleasant surprises at checkout.

My order has been placed and confirmed, though it hasn't shipped yet, so I can't comment on delivery times or packaging quality at this stage. That said, the ordering process was smooth and straightforward.

Very nice if you wanna buy a rare figure and good help system, expensive international fee but worth it!

Awesome experience. There was a specific order where the seller canceled and the money immediately got transferred back to me. I had the option of having them on the app or transferring them to my bank account. Because this transaction happened immediately I was able to just buy the same figure from another seller at the same price, so everything was good! The figure in perfect condition brand new and the customer support very helpful and fast! I will be buying again!

My first experience with JPFans went perfectly! Shipping was incredibly fast, for it arrived to the states in 7 or 8 days. My package was a decent size, and shipping turned out to be $41, which is definitely not bad for international shipping. I highly, highly suggest to use the coupons you get when you first sign up, they are very helpful! Also, do not feel anxious to talk with customer service since they relieved a lot of stress and were very helpful to me as a first time buyer!

My parcels always arrive in perfect condition, with the products safely protected by bubble wrap, which is a crucial detail when ordering fragile collectibles. The customer support was also highly responsive and polite when I had a quick question about customs. The app itself is intuitive and very easy to navigate. However, if I had to offer a personal suggestion for improvement, I would love to see the introduction of more advanced search filters (for example, filtering by price range or immediate availability) to make shopping even smoother. Overall, JPFans has become my go-to app. I highly recommend it!

Jpfans site is easy to use everything is their from kpop to figurines,bags,clothes ect and for really good prices to you can get some really great things that we can't get here in the UK,great communication all the way through helped with anything I asked,they send you proof of what you've ordered and when packing you can pick how you want your packages packed,when I received my box everything was beautifully packaged I'm over the moon and it took less than a week to come honestly outstanding can't wait for my next order 🙂

I am happy with the catalog of items you can choose from and the prices are quite good, the shipping is faster than expected and the items I recieved were accurate to the listings (goa skirt scarf and top combo) overall it was quite a pleasant experience.

Great site from ordering stuff from Japan. The prices are fair and it’s really easy to find your way. The shipping might be a little bit on the expensive side if you live far away like me but everything else is great

Jpfans are awesome! I managed tot find a very good deal on a few japanese action figures which usually would cost me a lot on most other sites due to extra taxes and such but jpfans allows you to get these for a lot cheaper and there are plenty of older releases that you may have trouble finding elsewhere! Packaging is well and shipping is fast! Very recommended

Great customer service, and updates for my purchases were frequent. Whenever there was issues with a seller, Jpfans staff were always on top of it and communicative, and were eager to help with questions and refunds. Great place to get the anime merch I wanted, and allowed me to find the best prices on authentic merch from Japan. Bundle shipping the items together made it much more affordable to ship my items, which was a nice bonus :D
