Great app! I've used them a couple of times now and the process has been very smooth. The shipping costs seem to be quite decent compared to other proxies I've checked and they do take 2-3 free-of-charge, photos of your items once they arrive in the warehouse. Had a small issue with a seller not sending my item but they kept an eye on it for me and got it sorted. Overall pretty happy with them :)

The app is really easy to use. I thought it would be quite hard to understand but actually it’s really well explained and having pictures at every step gives peace of mind. My items have always been delivered in the exact condition they were sold as and I love that there are multiple options for shipping and packing.

This is a great proxy to get items from japan to other countries!!! You can literally find anything from fugurines and manga to fishing equipment, furniture and beauty products!! The layout of the app and the website is very simple, and very understandable. You can even get an estimate of pricing on the goods you'd like to order. 100% recommend !! ^u^

Perfect service for when you want to order anything from Japan! Website supports mercari, which is like ebay but in Japan, which is perfect for buying cheaper second-hand items. It also supports yahoo flea market, yahoo market and amazon.jp, so even if you want new items, it's all there. They charge very little for their service, but it's impeccable, they take photos of everything when it arrives in Japan, so you may do a refund if something arrived incorrectly. What's more, you are refunded if the seller does not send you the item, they handle all the contact with a seller, so you don't have to use translator or know Japanese. Shipping costs are affordable, of course it makes sense to buy one huge package at once AND it can be done because JPFans store your items for 60 days! If you are from the EU, remember that there's additional payment for products when they arrive (at least there is in my country).

The only downside I noticed is that the site is sometimes weirdly translated and their search engine (or maybe it's the fault of the websites that you buy from) is not the best, for example when putting multiple excluded words, it does not seem to do anything. Other than that, I can highly recommend using it, Japan has so many gorgeous items and trinkets for cheap :)
