JPFans is a very amazing proxy to purchase items from Japan!
Recently JPFans exceeded their checking out limit from being able to purchase 10 things at once to now being able to purchase 20 things at once! Other proxies would generally only let you buy things one by one. JPFans also provides a free quality inspection service to ensure that your items are in the desired condition, while in other proxies, they’ll generally charge ¥500 or more for photos. To any potential K-pop fans that don’t want to wait many months for an order to arrive I’d definitely recommend JPFans, I always use UPS when ordering and it took only a day for my parcel to go from Japan to the United States! JPFans also sends you warehouse commodity reminders, to ensure if you still want your package if you haven’t paid for the shipping within a few days, they’ll give you a few days to let you return the item until you’re not eligible to return it anymore. You can also sign up with influencers’ or a friend’s referral code and get about ¥14,000 ($86.00) worth of coupons including shipping discounts if paying for shipping may be an issue, plus a 50% discount if you buy from Mercari! JPFans also gives you options on how you want your item to be packed, but items usually arrive safely even if you don’t pay extra for the parcel. Would recommend shipping insurance which is only about ¥796 so that your parcel doesn’t get lost during shipping. There is so much to JPFans that people may not know of, definitely recommend! My only regret is that I haven’t discovered JPFans earlier

This is a really useful proxy service for buying figures from Japan. The app is very easy to use, the auto translate feature is a big help, and the whole ordering process was really smooth. Everything arrived safely and I'Il definitely be using it again.

Everything went very well, I highly recommend it! The space was well optimized to combine the two items and reduce the volume, without damaging the products. The logistical inspection carried out by the warehouse is very reassuring, knowing that our purchases will travel a lot.

Out of all the proxy services I’ve used this one is the easiest and best I’ve used. I use it to buy kpop albums and photocards. They’re very communicative and let you know when they secure your item, when it arrives at the warehouse, etc. Once it arrives at the warehouse they take quality inspection photos, which is normally an extra charge on other sites! Everything gets packaged together, and the shipping cost is determined by weight. I pick JPF-AIR as my shipping choice and it took around 8 days to arrive to my house in the UK I believe. Overall my experience has been extremely positive!

They also send pictures of all the items you purchase before they ship them out so you can see exactly what you’re getting - highly recommend if you love Japanese clothing, figures, cosplay, collectibles etc etc!!

It was my first time using JPFans and I was so impressed! The entire process from start to finish of my order was seamless! It’s so easy to find the KPOP merch I want from other countries, especially Japan. The app is super easy to navigate and I was able to find everything I wanted with ease. I bought a number of items, and had them all shipped out together and they arrived in perfect condition, packaged with care and super fast too! I especially loved that they send you photographs of the items when they arrive at the warehouse, so you can check that you’re happy with the quality! I ordered items from multiple different sellers too, so it was super handy that I was able to have everything stored in the warehouse until I was ready to ship! Buying from here was a giant mistake. It was fine at first, but then they asked me to pay for my package to get from Japan to the USA. I was told that the shipping was included, so I automatically thought that meant i didn't have to pay for ANY shipping... but I was wrong. They're trying to force me to pay $30+ dollars for internation shipping that I WASNT informed of. I contacted an agent about getting a refund, and they told me it wasn't possible. They are literally asking me for ransom. They're holding my package hostage in the warehouse until I pay the absurd shipping costs... THAT I WASNT INFORMED OF.

As someone who’s new to JPfans i was scared to use it so I checked sites and other ways to check like Reddit for people’s experiences! Eventually I decided to try ordering off another account to see if it was trustworthy and it was! Im glad to have used it as things I can’t get here in the UK can be easily accessible on here and have reasonable prices

I brought a Prize A Omnibus Ichiban Kuji Daima Super Saiyan 4 Goku Figure and Dokkan Itajaga Cards that include some great artworks and characters such as Int Super Saiyan Namek Goku and Agl Full Power Freiza. Such cool Japan Exclusive Items that I was able to get at such a good and cheap price and even cheaper price thanks to JPFans. I ordered both these items on the 4th March and waited until the 9th for the items to be shipped domestically to the JPFans Warehouse where I was greeted with such a surprise at getting free photos as part of their Standard Quality Inspection and this can allow me and also others to see how the item is looking prior to its international shipping towards my destination (and to other locations in the world for others). One advice on Shipping (On the JPFans App) is you are able to estimate the price of the item/haul when you go onto the estimations calculator. You can access this via the Cart or the Estimation button at the bottom of the Account Tab. This will help you to have a look at what the pricing could be for the Haul and the choices of which shipping option you would like to take with shipping taking around minimum 3 days to maximum 15 days. For example, I had ordered my items on the 10th March and they all arrived on the 19th March so almost a 9 day wait overall. They also have various Packaging options (some you would need to pay extra but they are worth it if you want to protect you're package even more) ranging from simple waterproof cling film to anti collision corners which was insanely good just to see them do and offer it for so little pricing when others would raise the price further for it. If you do ever need more information or help and advice with your packages then Customer Services will always be ready and prepared to help out whether it's small or it's a massive problem, they will be there to sort it out. I have nothing more to say to the JPFan's team other than thank you for providing me and others with an easier and cheaper way to get their favourite items without the hassle of travelling or paying exorbitant amounts of money and I hope whoever is reading this also use's their services too.

It's the first time I used JPFans and I'm super satisfied with the site and their app, I mostly use it for Kpop stuff, it took me a bit to get the hang of it but after that it went smoothly. They takes photos of the products once they arrive to their warehouse and you can consolidated your packages into one so you dont have to pay for shipping X times and they package the products with care. I'm very satisfied and I will buy from there again!

i received my item in about 2 weeks after it was shipped. even though i opted to remove the external packaging of my figures it arrived with no damage at all, which is quite extraordinary. the 2 figures i bought costed me about $85 together, while they're individually worth a-lot more. for shipping i only paid $41~ and didn't have to pay extra tariffs. they accept apple pay also and thats amazing for people that are careful with their card info! tracking was easy and accurate along with the free images and measurements they provide AND options for only 6$ shipping insurance. i recommend ordering from here because they offered way lower rates for shipping and more payment methods than others. theres also a ton of discount codes available for shipping and the shops on the app making it easy to get money off+ discounts on your later orders if you pay a certain amount in shipping (tiers). really awesome for long term use!

This is by far the best experience I've had with an international proxy! The entire process was really smooth, the website was easy to use, and the process itself was really transparent. As a music fan, it was really easy to find affordable merch, such as lightsticks, photocards, and concert exclusive keychains, and the conversion rate was much better than the other proxies. What makes JPfans stands out from other proxies is definitely their communication--the proxy service provides free pictures of each item when they arrive to the warehouse, along with measurements and weight. This, combined with their shipping calculator, makes it really easy to package multiple items and order in bulk while also being cognizant of shipping costs. Even with the changing regulations in the US, Jpfans process remains streamlined and easy to use. I've tried a few of the other major JP proxies in the past, and none have had this level of transparency and accessibility. From the product quality, the competitive conversion rate, and the fast and affordable shipping to the overall user experience, I couldn't see myself using any other proxy in the future as well.

it is an amazing app the only problems are when shipping is buyers burden that it ends up costing a lot, and the fact that it's translator isn't to great so a lot of times it's hard to find what you're looking for

JPFans is such an easy to use app. I'm beyond happy that I discovered it. They make the process super easy for you, and the prices are unmatched! The quality checks and swift shipping is what makes me love this app the most. I bought 11 sealed albums and 3 photocards in total and it came to around £60 with shipping, amazing value! I will 100% be using this all the time.

I received the package just as requested, but they kept charging me more and more shipping. I felt like I was paying a King's Ransom. Something that was supposed to only cost $20. If I knew I was going to be charged this much I wouldn't have used this app. No shade on the person who sold it to me, just the company that kept bleeding me of money. It costed around $80

I find the pricing for figures really good, i mostly buy from Jpfans because of their great pricing!!

I really enjoyed JPFans. my products were bought within a couple hours of me paying for them, and the QC images were high quality. Despite the language barriers, the customer service is great and very kind.
I overall had a great experience shopping at JPFans, and would reccomend it to anyone looking to get products from japan!
