Thankyou for your comments, we were really surprised at your rating as you had previously rated us 5 star on google, which we can see you have now removed. Having spoken to your wife, it was agreed that your needs for a plumber who could attend the same day, didnt align with our commitment to our existing customers, something we expressed when we took the job on. Regarding your comments about our work, we can see that the job was only 1st fixed and the soil stack was not connected, before we mutually parted ways. We would also like to point out that you didnt have to get another plumber to repair our work, rather your new joiner engaged an emergency plumber as we couldnt attend on the day you wanted us due to other commitments. We note this is your second joiner as you parted ways with the previous one and complained about his work to us too. We would also point out that as a gesture of goodwill we also paid for the cost of the emergency plumber by way of reducing your final bill. We understand that you are frustrated that we couldnt commit when you needed us, but trust you have now found tradesmen who align with your unrealistic expectations.

Thanks for the feedback Diane, I have contacted our system admin to find out how many reminders are sent overall as they are automated. I can see that you were invoiced on 16th Dec, then the first reminder was sent on 19th Dec, a second one on the 23rd Dec and the last one on the 26th Dec when you paid your account. We don't give customers credit terms e.g. 7 days/ 30 days to pay, as we are a very small business so payment is due on receipt of the invoice and the reminders are just fulfilling their role to ensure payment isn't forgotten as we know how busy people can get.
