As always my experience with J&P Land Rover Cork was excellent. The service team were informative, helpful and had great communication and easy to contact. A special mention to Dan in Sales who put in a special request for me and was as usual a pleasure to deal with.

I had my car serviced with Johnson and Perrott in Mahon. I go every year to them and the level of professionalism and service is unmatched. The service desk is always staffed with really nice people and are always ready and willing to answer any queries you have. Will continue to frequent them.

I am finding it very difficult to get through to Service reception at J&P Mahon Point on the phone, apparently due to understaffing issues. This has been the case for a couple of months now. Despite this, Marion is very helpful and knowledgeable. I picked my car up today and all seems to be working well. However, I live in County Kerry and I was disappointed that I only had 60km left on the battery and that it hadn't been charged.

Collected a new Kia sportage from J&P Douglas rd and have to say the team were great to deal with. Test drove on a Monday and had the car by Saturday. Andrew Leamy was very professional and helpful in sorting out my purchase. Highly recommend this dealership.

After being dismayed at the treatment I received from several other commercial van retailers the treatment from Sam at Mahon Point was a breath of fresh air - He got back to me promptly after my initial contact - His approach was professional and mannerly - nothing was too much trouble and the process was smooth - Great service all around and I would highly recommend them if shopping for a new vehicle

I gave my Volvo car to the Bishoptown showroom last monday for some software problem and some errors showing in the display. They told me to give the car back on Friday. They called me on Thursday and told that car is ready for pick up. But when i reached on Friday car was on the same condition as i gave. I called on Saturday for an update. They told me they update in an hour. Now it's Tuesday next week until now they didn't call me or update me. When i called them in their 2 numbers, they are not answering my call. I don't know when i will get my car back. Very bad experience with this showroom especially with the service department.

Awful service - brought my car in for the usual service at 9am waited and waited for the text to say it was ready nothing. At 5pm I called and spoke to a rude woman who said someone would call me back and they didn’t. I got the it’s ready text at 5.30 they close at 6 not sure who could get to Douglas in 30 minutes at that time!
Had to collect it the next day no apology or anything and unlike every other dealers service I have had previously they didn’t even give the car a clean and it’s set me back 350 euro
