JP Morgan is a terrible Company
JP Morgan is a terrible Company. They will lie and do almost anything to take your money. I submitted 8 payable on death Certificates of Deposit 4 months ago and they have not redeemed them. They continue to give me the "run around".
Worst bank ever
Worst bank ever. Customer service appalling. Constantly locked out of my account online. I live in Europe and they're incapable of dialing an overseas number - or they give me a number that I cannot use in France. I can't believe I am the only overseas client. This has been going on for months. Disgraceful service
Pathetic website
Pathetic website. What's point in spending on big tech buzz words when you cannot even provide basic functionalities like as simple as download statements for account based on custom date range or for past 6 months to 1 year.
Chase Auto Loan Extortion …
Chase Auto Loan is most appalling service I have ever seen. Zero customer out reach in the case of an ongoing and agreed insurance claim. They unilaterally, with zero communication reposed car and towed to auction site, despite loan payments always fully on time and active agree insurance coverage process in place. First communication was that in 5 business days time car would be auctioned unless extortionate Chase imposed fees were paid immediately.
Zero consideration of Chase customer . Zero communication with Chase customer . Customer Service completely dire and has zero interest in helping Chase client
Been trying to talk to Mr
Been trying to talk to Mr. Simpson at 332 799 3408 about a refinance.
His recording says he w return the call same day, or at the latest next day.
Called, left message Tuesday, it's now Thursday, still no return call.
Clueless and Defenestrated
Multiple agents. First one hung up on me. Second one rattled off that he wasn't the "manager" to speak with and shuttled me off to IT. Varun in IT couldn't help. In fact he was clueless re: Problem. Two VISA accounts, a checking and a savings. Online, only the older VISA allows payment from both deposit accts. The newer one only allows payment from Cking acct. Why? Why? Why? Can fix? Unh-uh.
I had a credit card for several years…
I had a credit card for several years through Chase. Closed it and was paying of the balance. I called last month to talk to a rep and get an up to date pay off amount which he gave me and assured me was a complete payoff amount. I immediately paid that amount online as soon as i hung up with him and a couple of days later my account showed a zero balance. Then today I get an invoice of $37.17. When I called Chase I was informed it was interest. I asked why when I called last month for a total due this was not included and the 2 reps I spoke with said the rep would not have known about it when he spoke with me? I also asked why I was not told there could be any additional fees they didn't know that either. Was basically told by both of them something about accruing interest and I just owed this money. No attempt to take off the amount or reduce it. Just too bad. You owe it because we said so and just have to pay it. I did pay it off AGAIN and hopefully will not get another bill next month. Also cancelled all of my other accounts with them and will never use them again.
Chase is one of the better online banks…
Chase is one of the better online banks we've worked within an industry saturated with customer service incompetence. When I received a defective product and the seller balked at refunding in the return process I filed a dispute and Chase did an immediate chargeback. The funds were in my account the next day. The website is state-of-the-art for direct deposits and transfers to external accounts such as Ameritrade and Zelle Quick Pay and pending funds are usually listed as available right away.

We're getting there :-)
First, I think it's worth mentioning this review is in regards the Retail Banking section of Chase. The one advertised in the UK in a recent campaign in which they boast that there's already 56 Million Americans enjoying the service. The service is for a straight forward Current account, Savings account and a Round-UP account. I've only been sign. up for a little while but the process of opening the account was so straight forward I couldn't help myself but to let people know how good it was. Keep in mind this is a savings account that offers 2% APR and the round-up account offers 5%! The regular current account offers 1% cashback too. I used to use my Amex for all regular purchases for the 1% cashback they offer, but there are so many places that don't accept Amex. So now I get it on my regular spending straight from my current account! How cool is that?!
You shut down Kanye’s account but you…
You shut down Kanye’s account but you kept Jeffrey Epstein’s. Basically you shut down freedom of speech and kept child traffickers and pedos! Sick company.
Trusted
An extremely well-represented team!
I did enjoy their support and customer service in this endeavour.
Adequate just be careful
Simple application process and great credit line for my credit score. I had the prime rewards card and opened a chase checking account because the website was straightforward and simple to use and chase offered a bonus of $225.00. All banks charge fees you just need to read the fine print. Overall I've closed my prime rewards account with no problems and will close my checking account as soon as my direct deposit is transferred as for the bonus offered I did not receive because of a required promo code.
Typical problem if you don't read the fine print.Customer support was also much more accessible than my other credit cards.
Who does JP Morgan Chase serve
Who does JP Morgan Chase serve? Not us. I'll be banking elsewhere.
I use them as my new bank and I moved…
I use them as my new bank and I moved my pay check and all my $ go into that account. The service is good an branches are near to my home.
Chase is doing good protecting my finances. I like to feel protected with the very little money I have.
So far so, good. I feel safe financially, I feel they have my back when I had reported a fraudulent activity. I like their customer service people, their easy to navigate online on my account also.
However, it's no fair the amount of interest they pay for your money on savings. But I understand there is a system and banks are here to make money, not to give it away and WE need them. It's a system where government and banks become one together and WE THE PEOPLE have no other options.
Great bank
I’ve been a chase customer for over 6 years now and hold multiple of their credit cards, business account, business credit cards. They are a great bank to work with. They offer everything and anything once could need.
Give em a try.
I have been w chase for 3 years now and they have kept me afloat w there helpful employees and policies. I don't have a lot of money but I trust it to chase.
I love this bank,I have been with them…
I love this bank,I have been with them for so long that I can't remember how long it has been so I consider that to be a good thing.
I know I have been with them long enough to have had to have two debit cards sent to me because I wore the other ones out.
I frequently use the atm machines at my local branch. They are so handy especially when there are so many cars in the parking lot and you are not in the mood to stand in line inside, or either you don't have the time.
If someone would ask for my advice for a bank to bank with I would defiently say Chase
Charge not reversed despite cancellation of service
I was sent email by Amazon on Feb.18 stating that annual Prime subscription fee would be raised after March 25. Since my renewal date was March 20, I believed that my 2022 renewal would be at PRE-INCREASE price, $119 instead of $139. When I contested this charge, I was told by Amazon to pay up or my subscription would be cancelled. I accepted cancellation, but Chase Bank refuses to reverse this entire charge.
