I used J R Bullock for a Level 3 survey on a property that I am purchasing. They were great at communication, booked in the survey very quickly with the agent, and provided an exhaustive summary of the property, with both descriptions and photographic evidence. Great and quick service - would use again!
I approached J.R. Bullock & Co Chartered Surveyors while trying to resolve an issue with a cowboy roofer. I was contacted on the same day by phone and email by a Senior Surveyor, who explained that they do not carry out roof surveys but went out of his way to understand my problem and provided useful information to help me with my problem and also relevant contacts outside of the organisation. I received exceptional service even though i am not a fee prospect.
I am a auction buyer and need the surveyor to inspect the property before my bid. As the time limited of auction property, I asked J.R. Bullock to do the survey as soon as they could. Their staff replied my request very efficiently and arranged the earliest appointment for my survey. After the survey, the surveyor reported briefly to me about the result. I could make the best decision of the property. I got the full detailed report within 2 weeks and it showed everything very clear with good suggestions. I highly recommend J.R.Bullock to all my friends.
