Would not recommend--go somewhere else
We purchased a living room set for a little over $6000 and paid it off upfront. But this place lied to make the sale. We brought the warranty because we have never had an electric couch and it turns out, it doesn't cover anything. The furniture here is made of cheap materials so the coffee table we brought with 2 seats underneath had one of the chairs break within the first 3 months when my daughter (70 lbs) was sitting on it. The charging outlets stopped working within 6 months and 2 cupholders cracked. They refuse to fix it and said they will give us parts to attempt to fix. We know nothing about taking apart a couch to replace charging outlets. We wasted our money on the couches, the table with chairs, and a warranty. I will never go here again.

Great couch and loveseat for price
I bought my couch and loveseat from JR furniture, and have had it for a few years now. The price was reasonable, it is very comfortable, and it still looks like new. The only unfortunate part was they did not deliver to Whidbey Island so I had to pick it up myself— not an easy task for a senior without a truck.
Bad experience at JR Furniture
Ordered Stanton cushion cover fabric again and was told it would take 5-6 months because of the pandemic and getting the factory up to speed again. Six months later I checked on the order and was told Stanton was out of the fabric.
Called again at seven months and was told Stanton lost the order and it would be two more months to fulfill. I asked for the order to be cancelled and to refund my credit card. Five days later still no credit. I called to ask for it to be done again and still no credit. No confidence in either the Lynnwood store or the Tukwila store which I also had issues ordering cushion fabric for the same Stanton sectional. Never any follow up or updates. I will not be dealing with JR Furniture in the future.
Waited months for order..
Waited months for order... Spent over 10,000 in one stop. Still waiting for night stands for one of the two bedroom set we ordered may on May 9, 2021. They have all been damaged in shipping. They did not even bother to open night stands to make sure they were not damaged, went down and picked up again and got them home, guess what damaged..

The Couch I bought started showing signs of stripping its rubber coating right at the end of the first year. Now in just couple of year the couch is stripping its rubber/resin coating extensively. I am thinking of dumping the couch and getting a new one.
Never ever ever buying from JR again. Their sale tactics is very predatorial and post sale support is negligible. Quality above all is absolutely non existent. Definitely cheaper than most other vendors but save your money than buying from them.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Never even got to use my credit with the insurance that issued to me because they never followed up on it with the company so I just gave up on calling every few days. Will never go back again.

The sales people really worked hard to sell me a couch and loveseat with a certain material and it has been disastrous. They assured me they would help there were any problems. I tried to talk with them at JR and they were not helpful about it at all. The couch and loveseat have barely lasted a year. Will never shop there again.

Bedroom Sets and Sectional
We bought 2 bedroom sets each set included 1 night stand, 1 6 drawer dresser and a queen platform bed frame with a head board. We also bought a sectional black leather couch with folding headrests. 1 of the platform bed frames slats broke on one of the beds within 1 month, and 1 month later the other bed frame actually split in half. Each set was over 1000.00 and when I called to see if there was any warranty or assistance they could do I was told No because I did not buy the extended warranty. It was less than 90 days. On the sectional I bought in which I did buy the extended warranty when I called to let them know that one of the headrest mechanisms were not staying in place, and the headrest was sliding all over they sent out a technician who said it could be fixed then I received a letter stating that the parts in which needed to be replaced is not covered under the warranty.
It just wasn't the disappointment of the lack of quality of their furniture, but the customer service provided by their employees trying to get these issues resolved was a nightmare and added insult to injury after spending over 6 thousand dollars on furniture that did not even last a year.
Poor customer service and support
JR Furniture delivered uneven dining chairs and the delivery guys tried to patch them up with leg pads and 4 out of the 6 chairs still have the same problem. They don't stand balanced and keep falling off sideways because of the unusual 3 leg design. My kids have fallen off the chairs few times because their legs don't touch the floors yet. We raised this issue multiple times and we are not getting any help. The manager "Paul" ridiculed my kids and that they don't know how to sit. The problem is with the stability of the chairs not the kids.
We purchased 5-year warranty with GBS Enterprises and they are a scam/bogus company. You can read the reviews online and see it yourself. I tried to cancel my warranty and requested the partial refund and both the companies are playing a tag game with me and no one is helping me.
The manager "Paul" is extremely rude and compares his store with an automobile showroom. For servicing those cars do come back to the showroom/service center. Depending on the nature of the work, car insurance may be involved or not. Will you take my dining set back in for repair and send it back? I doubt! then please don't compare apples and oranges.

We got a couch a pretty expensive couch from them around $1600 but it only lasted us 3 years. They told us that it wasn't bonded leather, but some vinyl but it still started flaking. Plus the padding in the couch lost it's form completely. Will never buy from them again

Mattress support not compatible with our frame.
We purchased a mattress and an adjustable support frame. Although the mattress is comfortable and we're happy with it, we've never been able to use the frame/support. The sales agent said that the support would "work with any frame", it doesn't work with ours. The support is too wide and comes in contact with our frame. We paid roughly $800-900 for something that we've been unable to use. We're in Alaska, so it's difficult to resolve the situation..
