End tables

We ordered bedroom end tables and realized 1 hour afterwards they would not work so we called to cancel the order. we were charged about $60 for our cancellation. They said it was a credit card fee. We will not be back!

I purchased a couch from them about 5 + years ago. When the guys delivered it, the box was upside down in the truck and pretty much crushed, but when they brought the couch in, it looked fine, so I accepted it. The delivery guys were rude foreigners. One guy was ok, but the other one had the personality of a broomstick. Anyway, I noticed right away that it was not comfortable, it felt like I was sitting on the wood framework, but I thought I just made a bad choice,e.g., style over comfort. One day I got so tired of it that I decided to turn it over and take a look at it. Well, I noticed right away that part of the fabric on the bottom was torn away from the edge, so I got a flashlight and took a look inside. I couldn't believe what I saw, cheap Chinese junk made from pieces of scrap wood from the warehouse floor, and several of those pieces were broken. They begrudgingly took it back and gave me store credit after sending a "Tech" out to confirm that it was actually broken; of course, I had to pay another $100 for delivery. This time I bought an American-made chair which is holding up pretty well to this day. The store at that time was run by rude foreigners that acted like they were superior to everybody that gave me a "one-time exception." I would not buy from them again. I will buy from someone who can at least feign like they appreciate my business. If I can't find that, then I will just buy everything online.

Bought a couch 5 years ago and got the extended warranty. Today there are wear in the seams and they are splitting. This is considered normal wear and tear and not covered. The foam in the seat and arm rest area are compressed and bunching up. Again, not covered.

Super high pressure sales

Super high pressure sales. Although I was clear that I was only looking, the sales guy still assisted me and then got visibly annoyed, like I was screwing him over for not buying anything. I actually did end up buying something, so he got his sale, but I definitely won't shop there again.

Wouldn't waste my time walking through those doors again. Purchased from items that we were told were on hand, they weren't. Delivery was supposed to be within a couple days and it wasn't because the stock wasn't available as promised. Store manager would not refund even though he had not kept his word. Had to call the the regional manager at Tukwila to get anything resolved. I know it's old fashioned but I expect a person to keep their word and be helpful up to and including refund if they can't. Horrible experience.

We did have an issue with a flaw in the furniture. It was resolved, but it took several phone calls. We love the furniture and understand things happen. Customer service was a B from the manager. The woman that answers the phone was amazing. We have purchased most of our furniture there, and have found it to be a good value and good price. We would recommend shopping there.
