Poor client experience
I had issues with my couch after I purchased it from here. Once the sale is done they made no effort to help me. It was a poor client experience and I wish I would have purchased a nicer couch elsewhere. You get what you pay for.
We had very great service
We had very great service. Angel was very knowledgeable and worked well with her team. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. We feel we got the best deal for our purchase. Will definitely be going back to buy more furniture.

Our table we’ve bought has completely broke, then bed frame has broken. The items are very cheaply made, they crumble and just fall apart.
Great customer service
Great customer service. Merchandise was high quality and prices were reasonable. I will definitely buy here again.

Go somewhere else because they won't help you if is something wrong with the furniture, in order to make them to come and fix it I had to get involved the credit card company and to not pay them unless they fix the issue,,,,,,,,

I referred this store to some friends, and will return if needed in the future
We had been looking at furniture for…
We had been looking at furniture for our living room for awhile. when we went to JR the salesperson was very helpful with our selections and made some good recommendations. We placed an order for a sofa and two armchairs and they were delivered sooner than the timeline we had been given. It was a very good experience all around.

Worst purchase I ever made…$1,000 mattress and no returns. Didn’t even make it 3 months.
JR furniture and extended warranty company failed on their commitments
I purchased a synthetic leather couch and love seat combo from your Lynnwood store a few years ago. I was talked into spending an extra few hundred dollars for your extended warranty in order to give us some piece of mind with the purchase.Fast forward three years later and the leather on ALL of the seating areas was peeling off the couch and love seat. Funny thing is that the love seat got very little use during that time and it was peeling just as bad as the couch. When I reached out to your company and the extended warranty company I was completely blown off by both companies. Congratulations, you lost a customer and I am very happy to share my miserable experience with others who ask about my experience with JR furniture.
I didnt order anything if someone did…
I didnt order anything if someone did under my name id like to know about it
Bad customer service experience
I bought this living room recliners wich are very comfortable and good looking, but one of the recliners stop working as it should be just 2 weeks after
I tried many tons of times to get ahold for someone to come and fix it since i paid I believe 2 years guarantee. Still waiting for call back.
Bad install, king bed frame
Furniture delivery personnel put the bed together wrong; they did not know how to simply screw wood together. I opted to redo it myself to avoid wasting time and further damage. Low quality funiture. If you buy from here, expect to assemble or reassemble yourself and/or make modifications to ensure it does not collapse. I had to make a new support as the matress support collapsed. It had a very poor design. I am a mechanical engineer, done work for Airbus and Boeing,
and this would have looked bad to anyone. Funiture has nice finishes, but look underneath and the structure/construction is very low quality. You can tell someone without knowlege made the structure design. Not worth the money to me. I would rather buy cheaper funiture if I need to modify it anyways, haven't bought anything else at JR furniture since. Store sales staff is friendly, but ultimate product is very lacking.
bad experience…
my wife and i had a bad experience buying at JR furniture , the sales lady was our friend selling stuff but when we had a problem she became our worst enemy. id never buy there ever again.
Beware no one gives a damn about you once you’ve paid
Several years later still issues were not addressed and emails /phone calls not being returned. Don’t purchase warranty as the company doesn’t honor them either. Spent over 10k there and would never go back or recommend to my worst enemy at this point.
I looked for a very long time to find…
I looked for a very long time to find the sofa I wanted. I found it over an hour from my home and it was a floor model so they arranged to put it on the truck to the store in my area who then delivered it to my home. From start to finish they did a wonderful job.
Couch broke both springs and recliner
Couch broke both springs and recliner. Tried to use my warranty and they had never sent it in. Multiple phone calls they "found" it as new purchase. Someone came out said they would order parts. Never heard from them again. I will NEVER shop at this place again and I would NEVED recommend it.
My favorite furniture store
This is the first place where I go to get my furniture if I need something. I like the selection, the prices are great, very helpful customer service. I am very satisfied with all the purchases I made there and keep recommending this store to my family and friends!
