Slow delivery
I have always ordered from this company through Amazon and delivery has been quick , however on this occasion I ordered directly through their website as they have much more choice. However, it took 2 weeks for my items to arrive and I emailed them twice asking for an update on my order but did not get a response. The items are lovely and fit my daughter’s bracelet perfectly but I am not sure I would order from the website directly again.
