I ordered 3 charms over a month ago on May 21st, 2026, and the entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. After weeks of waiting, I sent numerous emails asking for updates and looking for a resolution, but I was met with complete radio silence. Not a single reply to any of my messages.
​Then today, June 23rd, 2026, I finally received an email out of the blue stating that my order is on the way. While I'm glad the items are finally coming, this is absolutely poor and unprofessional customer service.
​I actually used this company a few years ago and had no issues at all. I don't know what has happened to them since then, but they really need to sort things out. I certainly won't be using them again.

I ordered a charm with a picture of my pet that I uploaded a d the charm that has came i have never seen the dog on it in my life !! Now they wont reply to my message. Will not be using them again !!!

I had a exact replacement for my medi bracelet. The last one lasted 10 years and I expect this one will last just as long.

Needed a warfarin charm to add to my two bracelets (nomination). Totally compatible, and joins my bracelets together. Very happy customer.

Placed and paid for Bracelet for Jehovah's Witness Non Blood. Still haven't received it. Have emailed, no response, so I've tried phoning, doesn't ring goes straight to Voicemail. Bit odd for a Company, left several messages to phone me but nothing. Very bad practice to my mind. What happens next. 🤔

After been gifted a charm from this company I decided to order 2 for my sister.
I liked the info given to make sure the picture would be suitable to turn into a charm. Instructions very clear and website easy to navigate. Really happy with the charms.

Bitterly disappointed. I ordered several items back in September - some directly from JSC, some through Ebay (different items for sale on different sites). The Ebay items arrived quickly and as is normal for EBay I was informed at all times. After 2 weeks of silence I asked JSC about the direct order from their website only to be told it had been delivered. A quick phone call to Royal Mail (of course I had to do this myself) confirmed it had been delivered to the wrong address. I relayed this information to JSC - more silence. No acknowledgement, no refund. Whilst I accept things go wrong and the wrong delivery isn't their fault, their attitude is very poor. A good company doesn't blame the customer. My advice to anyone buying from them is to only do it through EBay. For reference, I have been ordering from them for over 15 years (custom memory bracelet), and have never previously had a problem.
