Bitterly disappointed. I ordered several items back in September - some directly from JSC, some through Ebay (different items for sale on different sites). The Ebay items arrived quickly and as is normal for EBay I was informed at all times. After 2 weeks of silence I asked JSC about the direct order from their website only to be told it had been delivered. A quick phone call to Royal Mail (of course I had to do this myself) confirmed it had been delivered to the wrong address. I relayed this information to JSC - more silence. No acknowledgement, no refund. Whilst I accept things go wrong and the wrong delivery isn't their fault, their attitude is very poor. A good company doesn't blame the customer. My advice to anyone buying from them is to only do it through EBay. For reference, I have been ordering from them for over 15 years (custom memory bracelet), and have never previously had a problem.

Brilliant products I have been using these for years they are such high quality. They are great for medi alert’s which I use it for espically when I have been taken into hospital as can’t talk these are perfect. I highly recommend them.

Ordered directly from the website (4x Daisy collections charms to fit nomination bracelets, including 2x personalised) around 10;30pm on the 10th March and they arrived 11:30am on the 12th March. Super quick turn around and delivery. Great quality and fit my bracelet PERFECTLY.

Sent wrong item, Amazon order…ordered a specific blood thinner medical bracelet….they sent a pacemaker bracelet. Stupid response on Amazon system….”send a picture “….why it’s the wrong item. I emailed a picture anyway…twice and they don’t answer their phone or call back. Useless experience so far…I will amend this report if they fix it.
Update: the right item finally arrived. Item is ok. Leaving 1 star review as the admin is awful.....sent wrong item, asked for photo, messaged to say resending wrong item, don't respond to emails, don't answer their phone and don't return calls...won't be using again
