Excellent service , I am a 100% satisfied customer . They gave a prompt response and communications . Everything was fully explained beforehand with different options mentioned and the job was done very quickly with resourcefulness to deal with unexpected problems from my end . They cleaned up well after them which I really appreciate . I was charged a fair price . They also give good follow up care , I would completely trust them for any future work and will recommend this company to anyone I know in need of a good plumber .

From start to finish they have been the best , extremely polite and honest and very good workmanship, I honest would never use anyone else , full heating and radiators upgraded, so happy 😀

We recently used JSH Plumbing to fix a leak. Our assigned plumber was Tom. He proved not only to be an excellent tradesman but also an extremely friendly gentleman too.
He phoned to let us know the time he was likely to arrive and his timing was spot on.
I explained our problem which was a leak in a very akward place under the bath with hardly any room to move. This proved no worry to him and after explaining what he needed to do to fix the leak he went about his work. He kept us informed exactly what he was doing throughout. Luckily he had the necessary parts required in his van and the work was completed in a far shorter time than I expected. He completely cleared up and left absolutely no mess whatsoever. I wil definately be using JSH Plumbing again if required.

JSH installed a walk in shower for my parents, they were professional and friendly throughout, came back with quotes quickly and were easy and responsive to deal with. The work is great, parents very happy. Would definitely recommend.

Yet again JSH proved to be excellent - this time reworking an old bathroom with the added challenge of retaining ( unblemished ) an original and beautiful cast iron bath, but shower boarding the room, putting in a lowered ceiling and replacing the rest of the sanitary ware. This time it was Tom Webb in the driving seat, and he excelled- providing a multi talented approach to the task, taking responsibility when needed but also keen to share decision making as appropriate. He is full of inspiration, enthusiasm and kindness. He brings a sense of enjoyment and fun to what is sometimes a daunting task and has a great way of being there, but not making you feel invaded. Basically a very talented man who is a joy to be around. He was ably assisted by Joe, the junior member of the Humphreys (JSH) family team. The work was undertaken speedily and efficiently. The results speak for themselves and we are very grateful.
