Joe came over to fix some leaky toilets and pipes while also replacing the stop tap. Took his time to do the work right and explained what and why he was doing certain tasks. Thankful that he sorted the issues he could!

We called JSH Heating Plumbing due to a leak from our bathroom, I spoke to Helen who was so helpful and assured me that someone could come and take a look as soon as possible. Within half an hour the plumber turned up, identified the leak and replaced the necessary pipes! They couldn’t have been better, great service!

Professional and friendly service . The team fitted a replacement radiator and installed an outdoor shower in the dogs area.
They were quick , leaving no mess and a quality service was provided .

Lovely family company. Simon and his team removed an old boiler located downstairs and fitted a new one which they located in the attic space. They were efficient and extremely professional, polite and helpful throughout. Once the job was complete not only did they clean up after themselves, Simon took the time to explain the workings of the boiler and helped complete the extended warranty paperwork. I have used JSH a few times now, and have always revieved excellent service.
The first time was for a replacement boiler, including removal of hit water tank and fitting thermostatic valves to all radiators. The work was completed without any issues, Simon even staying on to wait for the gas engineer to call and fix an issue they discovered with my gas meter. Exceptional service.
I have recently called them again for the boilers first service, and also fit a replacement shower and taps, as well as removing a sink from the utility room, and fitting a new worktop.
This work again was completed as agreed with no fuss, everything cleaned away.
Simon, Helen and the team at JSH have provided excellent service have been helpful and responsive each time I have contacted them.
I can't recommend them highly enough.

I’m more than happy with the service I’ve received from JSH. From installing a new boiler. Regularly servicing this boiler. Fitting a new shower pump. The company are very reliable phoning beforehand to arrange a mutually convenient date and time. I’ve also had occasion to recommend JSH to friends.

Simon, Helen and the team at JSH have provided really excellent service to us on two occasions and I can't recommend them highly enough. All their staff are 'friendly experts', and they communicate clearly throughout the process, making sure there are no surprises or disappointments.

The first callout was planned maintenance, involving a central heating system flush, installing a magnetic filter and replacing a radiator. This was performed exactly as planned and the team were keen to make sure we were completely happy with all their work.

The second occasion 12 months later, was unplanned (circulation pump failure) and after assessing the urgency, everything was completed within two days.

Great quality of work and service.

I woke up a couple of days ago to find that I was without heating and hot water. I called Rhys and he came later that day to sort the problem. He was really quick and efficient and also very pleasant.
It’s great to know of such a reliable company - I can highly recommend them.
