Ordered a Combi Boiler
Ordered a Combi Boiler, the website said free delivery.
I received a call on the Monday morning telling me that because of my postcode delivery was not free although there was no mention of postcode discrimination on the website.
They told me to have it delivered would be an extra £110????.
As you can imagine i told them politely to cancel the order and i went elsewhere.
Very cheeky and the delivery should have been honoured.

I have looked into this and the free delivery should only apply to UK mainland postcodes, however there was an error on this occasion. As your delivery was going to an address that does not fall under the UK mainland a delivery charge would have incurred. It is just uncomplicated
It is just uncomplicated. I made a mistake in my order and some of it was set for pick up rather than deliver. I contacted them next morning and despite the order being loaded, they sent the rest on afterwards - no issues, or saying it was inconvenient. They are always my first port of call for building materials.

Got advice over the phone willingly given. Received phone call stating when delivery was going to be made. It was made within 2 days. The driver carried my delivery into the garage. He was very friendly and polite.
