The part did not correspond to the original one by a few millimeters and could not be replaced.

Had my last blender in my hair salon 8yrs. Finally gave up the ghost this week. Didn’t hesitate buying again, crushes up frozen fruit and makes for the most amazing daiquiris, smoothies and milk shakes. 10 stars

I haven't received my order and it's been over 4 working days and I have no information as to when it will arrive.

Still waiting on delivery nearly 10days later knowing that Royal Mail was going on strike they should have used another deliver company but still decided to go on and post out the part using Royal Mail after I had paid for delivery! My original part rusted and the rust would come out into what ever I was blending even thou it was washed and dried properly and not used loads. The part then became loose no matter how much you tightened it and any liquid put in to the jug would just leak out.

Buying a blender seems impossible. You can fill your cart but checkout is impossible: there is no checkout page.

Unit started leaking and then literally exploded. Ordered two new parts from JTC. Motor ran , but still leaked. Contacted customer service. Initially asked some questions, but none addressed the problem and they have since failed to reply to emails. Easy to sell a product at a cheap price , but you judge a good company by their customer service when things don't go right. Really disappointed. Will be on the look out for them at shows.

Fantastic service. This is the second time we have bought a machine from this company. Very quick service and excellent communication. If we want to expand on our collection of milkshakes machines, we will definitely be using JTC Ominblend UK again. Highly recommended.

Ive been using jtc omniblend for 5 years now. I can assure you for the price its the best in the market and a no brainer buy. I have also used pro juice machines which are similar however i feel the jtc omniblend is better, specifically the pre set buttons which grind the milkshake consistently for you.

I have had my blender for nearly 7 years and use it most days. Being very conscious of waste and the planet, I was thrilled to learn that I could replace the moving parts and keep the old unit and jug. Communication was great and delivery quick.

Quick delivery and very helpful support team

I brought this at a show with it being delivered to my home address at a later date, alkng with some recipe books that were supposed to come as part if the package. The machine arrived but the additional recipe books did not. I contacted them but did not get a response so was left disappointed.

Easy to order, fast delivery!
