I bought the JTC omniblend a few months…
I bought the JTC omniblend a few months ago, i must say its a wonderful blender that is easy to use, whether its blending my smoothies or whipping up my soups, it does it all in a matter of seconds.
It's intuitive to use and sturdy, plus the jug attachment and lid feels secure. I would give it 5 stars.

Overpriced
The delivery of the product was fairly fast- 5 days. It is a powerful blender, good piece of equipment but a bit overpriced for a blender.
Claims to be making soups and they are steaming but are raw. If you are fan of raw soups, it will be good for you. Ice cream is a slush that needs to be eaten straight out.
Noise pollution- very high.
No instructions when it arrived, so had to research how to use it, or recipe book to come with it.

We include a warranty and instructions with all our machines, and would like to rectify you not having received these by sending them out to you. We do sell our recipe books on the website - which we are happy to ship to you with the instruction guide. Please email us and we will get this sorted out ASAP. We also sell Sound Enclosures to make the machine noise reduce by 80%. Without this we are still one of the quieter blenders at a commercial level.

Special tool arrived but I am worried it may not be strong. Will update later.......I have since used the tool and it works perfectly without breaking (I am being cautious about not adding too much force). I have raised the rating from 3 stars to 5stars. happy with product.

Great blender, quick service
I have had my omniblend blender for a few years. Recently the jug broke and I ordered a new one. It came very quickly and I am very happy with the service. I love my blender and it gets very regular use so I am pleased I bought this, it seemed a lot of money at the time but was definitely worth it.

I needn't have worried at all, the smoothies come out like silk. Totally impressed. I am able to mix up a lot more ingredients than before and they taste amazing.
