Bought my blender 8 years ago and never…
Bought my blender 8 years ago and never had any issues with it. My son managed to blend up the plastic cap for the lid, no idea how but he did. I was able to get the replacement part delivered the very next day, amazing! The fact that they have a whole range of replacement parts available is pretty impressive in this day and age of throw away culture. I now know I made the right decision when I chose an omniblend all those years ago.

Used JTC Omnibend for several years…
Used JTC Omnibend for several years without a problem the last few orders have been terrible. Customer service has dropped and gone down hill.
You cannot reach them over the phone, if you are lucky they call back in the evening.
The last order I had was for 2 x white blenders, they sent 2 x black ones and instead of apologising they told me I was wrong in what I ordered on the site with no attempt to resolve the issues. We have spent thousands with them in the past and the blenders are usually good but had issues getting spares on other orders.
No shipping or oder confirmation emails are sent.
Sadly would not recommend anymore.

We also explained to your team the reasons why we have not had the same level of customer service, as with many companies Covid-19 has not been kind to our staff, which has meant it has taken us time to build the force again, and we again apologise for this unfortunate dip in our customer service and since your review we have worked on enhancements with our communication systems to ensure we are accessible when customers need us.

A great product
A great product. Made healthy breakfast smoothies, to delicious ice-creams, to creamy hot soups. Washing the machine took a minute, without putting my hand inside it to scrub. The whole family has this in their kitchen
