Kenya (fairly traded) tea at a decent price!
I've been drinking and selling Traidcraft tea from the Kenya Rift Valley for decades. I expect this re-born tea from the same source to be just as good. My customers are delighted. And some can't wait for the leaf tea (without bags)!!

Very good produce
I cannot fault you on the quality of your produce, though I've not tried all the latest items I ordered yet.
I made the beer bread from the free gift you sent me previously and enjoyed it - thank you!
However - the packaging was huge - is it not possible to use smaller boxes for smaller orders? Or is too costly to have different sized ones?

Mostly, it was great, but I couldn't understand why there was so much packaging - 2 boxes of tea in a box, but then that box put into a much bigger box. I'm grateful for the explanation in response to my first review, letting me know that it's to ensure the tea arrived intact, as the smaller box wouldn't have withstood the weight of other packages in the delivery van. Thank you.

Sorry to hear you are unhappy with our packaging. The outer case of tea of is flimsy and doesn't have a lot of weight, Sending the product like that would result in damages to the tea inside the box as delivery vans have multiple packages of various weight stacked on top of each other. All our packaging is recyclable and the boxes can be reused. Our priority is to ensure you receive the correct stock in the condition as advertised.

First delivery of my recent order went astray but as soon as you found out I had a phone call to apologies and say it would be redirected. It arrived soon after that.

The order took 12 days to come. Orders from two other fairtrade companies came within 5-6 days. The delay mattered as I was going to be away from home.

Your parcel was resent to us because the address label was damaged in transit. We resent your order on 19/07/2024 which was a Friday so the order was not collected by Royal Mail until 22/07/2024. Fairtrade Traidcraft Breakfast Tea and Cafedirect Decaf Machu Pichu delivered and tasted today. Both lovely. The Traidcraft Breakfast Tea was especially nice, both because of good taste and because of being a taste brought back from Traidcraft closure. It even had photographs of the tea farmers.
