Bad customer service - Great Product

I love my diaper bag and bottle cooler I have from them. However, I purchased these from different retailers. I had placed a purchase over 2 weeks ago that still hasn't shipped. I sent a message asking if it would go out this week or if not if i could cancel it (since it was taking so long). I got no response back saying we are sorry for the delay or anything. Instead they just sent me a refund and canceled my order. I'm giving them 3 stars for their customer service and taking so long sending out products. I would buy their products just not from their website. Otherwise you'll wait forever to get it.

Horrible
It's been close to 3 weeks since I placed my order and it just shipped out. I e-mailed customer service after the first week of waiting and they said with the sale it can take 7-14 days to ship OR LONGER, absolutely unhelpful. First and last order I'll make from here.

Jujube may have great products but they…suck at customer service

Jujube may have great products but they do not care about their customers. Placed an order on May the 16th and I’m still waiting for my bags. I’ve emailed them 2 times and they pretty much say it takes 7-14 business days to ship out orders but since we had a wharehouse sale we are extra busy so it may take even longer. You would think by this time they would have enough personnel to keep their business running smooth? I guess they still haven’t figured that out. Last but not least, their attitude toward these kind of issues is completely blunt and unapologetic.

RIDICULOUS

RIDICULOUS, I ordered on the 16th and never was shipped I wrote them 3 times! On the 3rd and final email I said if you are going to ship just cancel and the only reply I got back was YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELED. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!! AWFUL!!!

Slow shipping, dusty customer service

I haven't even received the bag I ordered yet as I assume they are still stitching the thing together. It is now June 1st 2018, I ordered this product May 16th 2018, yet my order still sits in the 'awaiting shipment' status.
Guess I should have rushed the shipping. When I called to ask about it, the customer service rep acted brash, like I had no right to even ask about it.

I place my order about 2 weeks ago and I've yet to receive my purchase. Their excuses is because of the sell they only have 10 people shipping out items?? I've emailed them and I get the same automated response this is crazy. They have bad customer service. I'm hoping this bag is worth the wait. on top of that I paid extra for shipping!!

Crazy slow shipping

I’m so bummed I placed an order 11 days ago for a bag needing the bag last week and It still hasn’t shipped! My package has been marked “waiting for shipment” for almost 7 days. I’m so bummed with how long this order took from this company.

Still havnt shipped!

I love the bags! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I placed my order over a week ago (9 days) and still has not been shipped! I'm going on a trip, that's why I bought the bags but looms like I'm not gonna get to utilize them for my vacation as I had planned :(

Great bags

Ordered 3 itty bitty be bags in Rainbow dreams for my kids over all was very impressed by these bags my only thing is I feel like for safety the shoulder straps should have a break away feature to prevent strangulation or accidental choking. But otherwise these are great bags for little girls(or boys if you have a little man who loves bags). I took the strap off my 2 year olds bag to be on the safe side. Needless to say she immediately loaded it up with her cloth doll diapers and a binky and took off with her "baby". I have multiple bags from this company and every bag is of amazing quality, but I avoid buying during their "releases" because I seem to always find my bag a few months later.
Oh and this was the first time I ordered anything from their actual website so I would like to add that they were fairly fast at shipping my bags this time but normally I use local retailers or Amazon to get my stuff.

Awesome products but not good a keeping costumers happy

I purchased products and my PayPal was charged only to receive an email 4 days later that they oversold and I could not receive the bags :(. This company sells internationally. How does it have a website that could oversell? Furthermore, we have been asking for Rose gold a lot and after the rosy posy demand, why did they not make more bags? Limited should mean sold out within an hour (at the minimum) of each type not secs. We wake up excited about buying a product and think you bought it, yay! So you don’t go and purchase it somewhere else at a local store, only to find out 4 days later than your order is cancelled. While the company still has your money. And then you see a $50 set selling for $200! So people bought the product to flip it while moms who actually want to use the bags can’t buy it for normal prIce. Please make more products! Obviously moms like floral prints!! (And pink. And please lavender!!)

I have a love hate relationship with…

I have a love hate relationship with Jujube's service. Because of their issues with one of their previous releases, I've ended up with a large amount of store credit. Usually, that isn't bad, but having store credit with Jujube's online shop is bad. Orders using their store credit have to be manually processed. Those orders get fulfilled last, doesn't show up in your account when ordered, and does not hold any product for you no matter how soon you order, unless they have stock left over. This is beyond frustrating, because orders made after mine will be fulfilled first and they get the product.

I am currently very angered and frustrated over their rose gold release. All my orders were cancelled.

Now, my current issue is with my order made prior to the rose gold release. Since it is manually looked at, a week later, they still have not gotten to it yet. Many of the rose gold orders made after the order I've made before the release happened, already went out. Why is my order still sitting? I just want to spend my money on bags, but it seems impossible because of how their checkout and fulfillment process works.

I was disappointed with this recent Rose Gold launch. I placed my order within minutes of the launch and received email confirmation of my order. It wasn’t until four days after my order was placed that I received an email stating I would be getting a refund due to it being sold out. My credit card was charged and most other companies do not charge your credit card until the item is shipped. It’s a slap on the face to see that almost everyone who was lucky enough to get their order did not actually want it and are selling the items for three times the price!! I hope other launches will be better than this!

Great except on release nights

If you order from their website on a release night you will probably have a bad time. They release new items in the middle of the night and they are notorious for overselling and then taking days to let customers know they oversold and tying up customers money for a rather lengthy amount of time. If you order any item during any other time they are great and ship reasonably fast.
