Disappointed. The trainers are actually quite nice but just not what I was after. The returns process is shocking. Cost me £13 to return them. So £20 down just to view and try them on. Thy were also very slow to process the return. Would have just appreciated more honesty in the website about the returns process before ordering.

Great trainers and great contact when asking questions

Recently purchased a pair of the Nico range and they are up there with the best footwear I have ever worn, the fit, the look, and the quality are exceptional. Considering I have always bought Arne, and have always disregarded other brands, I was amazed at how good these were! They get a lot of looks! Delivery was excellent too.

I actually messaged Jude Llow on Instagram asking for further images of the trainer. They were very helpful and it felt like a real personal service.

Having ordered x4 pairs because I was unsure which would suit me best, I then ran into terrible issues with delivery of the return. This was through no fault of my own or Jude Llows. After another message to them they were very understanding in still offering me my refund outside of the allotted refund window.

I'll be back for more!

I was after the Telier in Taupe but sold out online, messaged on instagram got a really quick response and said to check in Harvey Nichs as they had stock. Went today and picked them up! Will be ordering a black pair soon, guys a top bloke and has a top quality brand.

Been buying from this brand since it started and you can’t go wrong with the quality, designs and customer service, just bought the the new style Nico’s as I bought two pairs of the original ones when they first came out and the colour ways and upgrades they’ve mad to the original version is top quality the shoe was already a great shoe but some how they have made it even better. The shoes are perfect for every occasion and the comfort is spot on as well I’d give this company 10 stars if I could this is my go to footwear brand now.

I purchased the telier model and was surprised in a good way, when they came. After previously having represent and Arne trainers Jude.llow tops them easily by a considerable amount. The quality is the best I’ve seen with the materials and detailing of the shoe. It gives you a luxury feel which can be dressed up or down, for the price you really can’t complain for the product you will be receiving.

Brought the white Nicos, im 8.5 uk and ordered the size 8 nico's, tried on and seem to be pefect, look really good, will buy again :)

Really nice pair of shoes. Bought two pairs from Jude Llow now and both have been exceptional. The toggle on the laces is a nice touch and something I haven’t seen before.

I have purchased a few pairs from Jude Llow now and can honestly say the quality and detail of their footwear are flawless, my recent purchase was from the newly launched Collection 4, spoiled for choice I selected the Pierre in Black. I chose for these to be delivered next day placing my order before 3pm and true to their word received these the following day and absolutely love them and the fit is really comfortable. Would highly recommend Jude Llow to all looking for good quality and flawless designed luxury footwear. I will absolutely be back to purchase more.

Had a couple pairs from jude llow now, they’re unreal. The quality is amazing and the shoes are so durable, recently bought the Pierre pair they’re so so nice, even better in person! The customer service is top notch, always there to help any time of the day. Can’t wait to buy more! 🤝

Very good quality, the full concept of the shoe is insane, the attention to detail on the shoe to the shoe box and then the lace clips, very satisfied, looking forward to seeing the clothing range. 10/10

5 star service and definitely 5 star quality! I’ve been looking for something to go with a few outfits and couldn’t quite find the right fit! Been waiting on the new drop from Jude Llow and they didn’t disappoint, ordered Monday, delivered Wednesday and the quality and stylish look are unbelievable!
