Took my wife's Zenith watch to have a new battery fitted.
Took my wife's Zenith watch to have a new battery fitted to an established watch repairers, they had closed down. Tried Derbion shopping centre in Derby, came across Judith Hart. they had a look at the watch, quoted me £20, so left this with them, said it would be 1/2 an hour, went back 20mins. later and the battery had been fitted. They're very friendly and helpful. Whilst having a walk round the centre, stopped in at a watch repairers who quoted me £99.99 (yes) for the same job, speaks for itself. Highly recommended, they can have 6 stars.

Professional, courteous 'old school' retail
After unsuccessfully trying to get a definitive answer on what was needed to return my (late fathers) watch to working order, it was suggested I make the trip down from the North East and take it to the shop where it was originally purchased, Judith Hart Jewellers in Derby. I'm so glad I did. It was like returning to the old days of fantastic customer service. I now have a watch that not only works correctly, but looks absolutely amazing. I have no ideal how it was cleaned. If you want to experience how retail used to be, look no further.

Will not be giving them anymore of my money!!
I went in store today and I asked to buy a plain gold nomination bracelet and I was told I can't buy a bracelet without a charm. I can however buy the bracelet online without a charm from elsewhere.The woman was also very snappy and I got the impression that I was an issue for her to serve.
Horrible servis and quite taken back by the way she spoke to me. I didn't feel like a costumer. Horrible experience and will not be going back!!

You should not be able to purchase the bracelet on its own from any store or website, as this is a global policy from Nomination and not specific to Judith Hart Jewellers or United Kingdom.

Great service, return experience couldn't be faulted.
I ordered a Seiko Presage SSA347J1. The order was processed very quickly and communication was excellent. Order arrived quickly via royal mail. The watch was running fast and had gained 30 mins in just over 12 hours. I reported this issue to staff at Judith Hart and we were in agreement that the watch must have taken a shock in transit, so entirely an accident which royal mail would have been at fault for. Staff advised I could return the watch for a refund and would be refunded the cost of postage. Couldn't ask for this to have been handled better and would not hesitate to purchase from again in the future.
