Buyer beware-stay away from Juggy
So I didn’t select the $4 shipping insurance and the shipment is lost. Nearly a $90 order. Take a look at their shipping policy. (If they don’t change it after I write this.I have screen shots) At no point does it say they don’t stand behind the shipment without the shipping insurance. And what about the legality of incoterms? Why should I purchase $90 of merchandise, and they offer no help in filing a claim for the loss. The shipping company tells me I have to get reimbursement from Juggy. So today I placed a new order for 2 of the 5 items I originally ordered. They say I neglected to add insurance again. I didn’t turn it off but maybe it didn’t default. That’s possible, but not what I intended to do. Anyway I went to the BBB after emailing about 4 times over a couple of days and spending well over an hour with the shipper, and they, Juggy, told the BBB their shipping policy stated no insurance so no help. I have screen shots and it doesn’t state that at all. What happens to the legality of incoterms? Then they cancelled the order I placed today saying I cancelled it, and that’s what they told the BBB. That is an out and out lie. Kieran Widerburg is the business and Consumer Relations person who lied to the BBB. Beware of a company who doesn’t stand behind their orders and steps away from integrity by falsifying information with the BBB. I am 100% a person who gives good reviews any chance I get, but this is wrong. And for those who want to know, the product is good. The outfit is extremely short on customer service and good ethics. I am happy to everyone. It’s rare to run across a company who operates so sneakily and untruthful.

Glad I’m not the only frustrated with the pre order process. I paid full price for a preorder with shipping “at the end of November”. Then they dropped the price before it ever even shipped. It’s now three weeks since it was supposed to ship and Juggy claims it has shipped which is just a lie, as if I can’t see my own order history.

Ordered a "pre order" cup in September with an estimated shipping date of mid-November. I emailed mid-November and was told it would ship end of November. It id now Dec. 16th and it still has not shipped. Guess that won't be a Christmas present.

If I could give zero stars I would. I preordered the Kpop Demon Hunters cup for my daughter’s Christmas. When I placed the order in early November it said it would ship no later than the end of November and would arrive by Christmas. On December 8th, I sent an email asking when it would ship. I also tried to do a live chat and waited an hour for a response, double checked I was sending it during their business hours in their time zone, and tried sending another later. The following day I tried again, and that evening commented on an ad that mine hadn’t shipped and I was doubtful that I’d get it by Christmas. Under another customers comments complaining of the same thing, I mentioned I had reached out multiple times and no one would contact me back. That night my order was cancelled “per my request”. I NEVER said to cancel it. I wasn’t even rude in my comments or email. After it was cancelled I tried emailing, Facebook messaging, calling the company, and commenting on more ads to get a response as to why it was cancelled. At this point, I mentioned I would be contacting the BBB and disputing the charge with my bank since the money hadn’t been refunded. After multiple attempts to contact them, they finally messaged me a generic “please be patient” Facebook message. I emailed them again and they finally answered saying the cancelled my order because I said on multiple social media posts that I’d be contacting the BBB and disputing the charge. None of which is true, I had said this to them in a private message. All my comments on social media were about them not contacting me back and/or cancelling my order. They show no remorse for their actions as well, and after researching more online it seems this isn’t a new thing for them. Absolutely never would I recommend this company.

I placed a preorder in September for a $35 tumbler. Before it shipped today, their website had the same product in stock for $19.99.
Why would I ever order from you again, especially a preorder, if you're going to sell the same item for way less and almost half the price?! Feels like a rip off.

I preordered a cup in November. The shipping said end of November. Still haven’t seen any updates. I have contacted customer service and have not received one answer. Very disappointed.
Extremely Poor Customer Service
I’ve bought several cups and really loved them, so I pre-ordered another one. When I submitted the order, it stated it would be delivered in mid-November. I never received any updates in November, so I reached out to Juggy. They responded saying it wouldn’t ship until December.
I expressed my disappointment that they didn’t honor the original shipping timeframe—but they never replied. I followed up again in December, and once again, no response.
The lack of communication and follow-through has been extremely frustrating. The customer service has been very poor, and it feels like they’re not making any effort to take care of their customers.
