More than happy with the jk9 harness for my jack Russel, always had problems with him slipping the harness on other brands but not the jk9. He seems happy wearing it on our walks and fits spot on! Accurate sizings, the harness was delivered quickly after purchase too. Anything I need in future I will happily buy again from this company. Thank you 😁

I bought my Jk9 from amazon and it is perfect....my boy looks and feels very comfortable....and he also looks exceptionally smart...its well made and a reasonable price....but price is not an issue as I know my boy is comfy.
Also ignore the negatives as this is likely from people who haven't fitted it properly

Great harness, best one we have had so far

We contacted Julius K9 UK Ltd regarding a harness we purchased from a high Street shop. It developed a split that was making it unable to keep our boy safe if he pulled on the lead . They wouldn't help as we hadn't purchased it direct from them . I told them it may be a one off that had happened as we have always been pleased with the brand. Anyway , they didn't want to help . We will no longer buy the brand again based on the attitude of customer service. My advice to anyone buying these, make sure you buy direct, or no warranty.

Bought the original harness through RSPCA, I asked about changing the named labels and they advised us to contact Julius-K9 direct. I did so, quick reply, advised costs etc and that I needed two. They advised to check on website for colours etc. Ordered through website, no issues. Arrived very quickly and happy with result. Thank you.

This review is not about the quality of the goods but more about alerting potential customers to fluctuating prices. I was planning to purchase IDC Longwalk Dog Harness which was £41.69 online (on sale), the following day I went to place the order and the harness was costing £48.99 (no longer on the sale) which is acceptable. 2 days later when I was checking my order the harness was back on sale at £41.69 ?? I contacted the company who provided a 2 line response saying it must have been a week-end sale? The order was place on a Tuesday and I checked the price on the Friday - nothing to do with a week-end sale. Poor response, poor customer service, just hope the product is better than the customer service team!

Julius K9 - please note this was not about me missing a sale - the harness is STILL ON SALE. The above feedback is about your website having products on sale one day, not the next and back on sale the following. Retails shop as far as I am aware do not operate this way, products go on sale and then either removed or remain on sale, therefore my comments are fair !

Bought this harness after my dog learnt to be an escape artist, first walk and only just out my door and she had backed out of it. I have to now attach the lead to harness and collar . I now have concerns over my dogs freedom or lack of freedom over her shoulders. ☹️

Having tried various suppliers I turned to JuliusK9uk. I used their size chart and was pleased thatthey are a perfect fit for my 3 chihuahuas and 1 Yorkshire Terrier, not one of them have rejected the harness. An excellent product.

We have always used Julius harnesses for our dogs and this is the first time we have had a small problem. I phoned customer service because it was 10 months old and at this point I have to say the service I received has easily been in my top 3 of customer service, we had to return the harness(they refund the postage) and with in a week we had a brand new harness. Keep doing what your doing 5STAR

We had one for three years. Then we bought two new ones for our first dog and new puppy. The quality has gone way downhill. Very noticeable. Poor show.

Horrible harness, uncomfortable for dogs

This harness was made for looks and people use with no thought of the dog.
Tge cheap material worn out in 2 months and became floppy and horrid AND GAVE MY DOG HEALTH PROBLEMS!!!
The fit is also uncomfortable for the dog and just honestly looks disgusting after a few uses

I have 15+ harnesses I've tried out over this year and the julius was by far the most expensive and bad
I honestly don't get why it's popular, and marketed as a no pull harness, all it does is wear out and harm your dog

I love these harnesses for my dogs and have always bought them from Amazon in the past. This time I thought I would buy one directly from Julius K9, and what a big mistake that was! Not only did it cost me £4 for delivery, I then realised the harness was the wrong size, so I returned it (my dog had worn it once!) which also cost me £4. They then upon receipt told me because it has dog hair on it and the labels were taken off they couldn’t resell it therefore they would send it back to me and reject my refund. So disappointing as I now have a harness that I can’t use and am also out of pocket. I would have thought that a company like this would deal better with returns. I will never order from them ever again!

I recently bought a harness directly from you - the IDC with safety lock version for our 4year old rescue dog cross Akita that we've had for four months. He's strong - very strong and has socialisation issues around other dogs that we're working on on a long lead. We're gonna crack this and tried working on it before purchasing from you. What held us back was a real sense of doubt about the strength of the harness we had for him. We absolutely need to know he is secure and can be controlled as he gets to grips with meeting other dogs. The difference now is quite simply the quality , fit and strength of your harness. It's a game changer - absolutely nothing beats the confidence of knowing we have equipment we can trust as we move forwards and I'd like you to know the difference this makes. Yes these harnesses are costlier than others but I now cannot imagine walking him on anything else. Thank you

I had to exchange my dog collar as I had ordered the wrong size. 

Really good communication and all round fab service.

Replacement collar arrived at lunchtime today and Stanley looks gorgeous!!!

After having a Pink Julius Harness for a little while the the D ring is hanging off the material and has worn away! I paid a decent amount for this Harness and the customer service team cannot seem to find the order on their system. I have noticed on here that lots of people have had the same issue as this but with little avail.

I wish I had looked on here before purchasing as I have wasted money on an item that still looks very nice however is now unable to be used.

Edit: I am being told it is unfair to review this company so poorly however lots of people are having the same issues with harnesses that I have had. I purchased items online and am now being told it’s not fair to review Julius for them being faulty?

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Terrible experience with customer services over our harness only lasting three months before the chest strap wore away and broke. Only asked for a replacement or a fix for the item as we did like the harness but was met with sarcastic emails which blamed us for our puppy wearing it down and no offer to help. They're advertised as hard wearing harnesses (which clearly they're not) and cost more than you would buy from Pets at Home (so you think you'd be investing in better quality). Nope! Avoid and buy elsewhere!

After trying different makes of harnesses, I finally Bit the bullet and purchased the Powerharness for my Shishon. Easy to fit, nice and secure and looks good. Ordered the Y strap to add onto this. My pooch is comfortable wearing this whether on or off the lead. Overall very pleased!

I am over the moon with the K9 harness i purchased for my Beagle, very well made and the customer service is fantastic. It arrived next day, prompt .

We bought our Powerhouse harnesses some years ago and couldn't be happier. They are well made from high quality materials, hard wearing and able to withstand whatever punishment our dogs subject them too. We have recently bought another one, along with replacement badges to go on the sides, and found the service we got from Julius K-9 to be second to none. I would high recommend these harnesses and advise people to avoid the cheap fakes that appear to be flooding the market.

Customer service have said a 1 year warranty is ‘sufficient’ so they want you pay £30 for a harness that lasts less than a year

The £10 harness i bought from trago lasted longer!
