This site is AMAZING! I highly recommend. Everything is easy to use, no problems to upload, they let you know if it’s something is wrong with your track before release and fast respond time to fix. Release is fast. I can’t ask for a better app. And it’s free! Im not getting paid to write this and im not a bot. If you find this site/app get it and release your music to the world with no hassle. My experience has been top tier.

Faster than they say, In 24h my release was on Spotify. The verification is strict, but to be free is amazing how fast it is

My account got restricted with no warning.all my music belongs to me. Is it because I also use ditto to distribute my music as well.I just don't understand. But the thing is what exactly did I infringement upon when I wrote every song. Don't distribute with this company. You'll get banned for not reason saying you did something when you didn't.

been using for a couple months now and they are a very good platform when it comes to getting your music on spotify and deezer but they have yet to add anything on Apple Music. this could be just an apple thing. all i know is that is says it will be on Apple but havent seen it yet. other than that its pretty good way to go for spotify

Where can I find the details on the ISRC of my songs?

They delivered on their promise for free. I got my music on Spotify, Instagram, etc. Now I have to get people to listen to my music to see if I get the 100% of my earnings like they said I would.

As soon as I reached the threshold for earning royalties (with A Brand New Day by Melody Hope), my account was restricted for no apparent reason.
So far no explanation has been offered and my emails have all been ignored.

They are delaying pulling down my music without reason.
For me their entire dashboard is either bugged or broken to the point were my active music is shown as pending and the statistics page is completely blank witch means I can't remove the work manually and despite them emailing a week ago that they would remove my work they have not done so even on the platform witch they stated would only take about 2 days.
Please do not use this distributor if you hope for any kind actual customer support as they at least seem to be utilizing a.i for important tasks.

It is very very good very fast but please add YouTube content I'd and YouTube official artists channel

I started using this distributor a few months ago. For a while, there were no problems at all up until very recently where they began rejecting a lot of my releases for no reason. Then suddenly, my account got banned and they didn't even tell me why. No appeal, no reasons, nothing. They're also taking down all of my music, which absolutely sucks.

It's great for releasing music if you want it free, it not always accepts the release or album but its good for being free. I'm Musica De Eddie 2.0 making history in all the world

Completely unfair rubbish, they terminate you for no reason at all and they give you no information about it at all. Contacting them is a joke. In my eyes, this is all a big rugpull, they simply ban your account after it generates a few thousand dollars for them. Just pay 10 dollars for distrokid instead.

Jumpstr suddenly stopped distributing my music and told me I need to find another distributor because of "store requirements" and possible unauthorized samples. I used Pixabay music according to the license and added my own vocals, so everything was legal and original enough for release.

I had 10 songs ready, but all of them were rejected at once. I also noticed that other users received the exact same message, so this seems like a mass removal rather than an individual review.

The service seemed good at first, but this experience was disappointing. I wish they had given a clearer explanation and a chance to fix the issues instead of just stopping distribution.

I do not recommend this music distributor.

Jumpstr is an easy to use platform. You always get emails cinfirming this has been done and or something is not right and needs your attention. I have tried 2 other identical platforms, so I can honestly say this. Jumpstr is simply to use, straight forwards, nicely laid out and is a pleasure to use!!

Absolute rubbish. No TRANCE, TECHNO, GOA, PSYCHEDELIC tags, to properly tag music. Uploading that kind of music is a disaster. As you know, trance tracks are not POP DANCE DISCO tracs for 3-4 minutes long, but 7-8, sometimes 10. I can not upload eight trancks, 7-8 minutes each. Everytime I try, I get "Server 500 error" or something, or "app.jumpstr.io host error". Pain in the ass. Uploading takes ages (my internet sucks), but if I get one of mentioned issues, I have to start allover again. Nightmare. Their AI advice? Make music shorter or upload less. Really? Because of your incompetence, I have to ruin my vision, my album??? Almost forgot - EMAIL contat is a joke. You will get an answer after 2 weeks if you lucky.

Started using jumpstr for song distribution in June 25, it appears they don't distribute music to as many platforms as they claim, my music didn't appear on some of the larger platforms it advertises.

There has been several issues with my later 2 releases, with claims that the music was rejected to copyright issues, which isn't possible as all the material is written and recorded by myself.

My latter songs I tried to upload were rejected on similar claims with the statement "This decision is based on the stores' policies against certain types of content, such as unauthorized samples or music that doesn't meet their originality standards"

I advise people to not distribute with jumpstr, there are other free options out there with far less hassle, that offer the options of waterfall releases etc.
