Been trying to call customer service…
Been trying to call customer service but no one answers after waiting 30+ minutes on multiple call to no avail, I gave up and will just go with another brand
My "delightful experience" was the opposite.
I spent a few thousand on a Jura E4. It stopped working because it said I need a new filter cartridge. No extras came with the machine so I went online to Jura to order some. None were shown, so I went to the Jura customer contact connections and could only get a paid service (not Jura) to answer my question on finding a filter to order on the Jura site. Jura wants everyone to have a "delightful experience." My experience stunk. Jura is just plain greedy.
called multiple times in regards to…
called multiple times in regards to coffee grounds on the tray after each coffee in which they told me to change the setting of courseness of beans. The customer service person I spoke to Ashley was incredibly RUDE and obviously doesnt like her job. Its so unfortunate that these machines are around 1000 dollars and do not stand behind their products. I will be going back to my old faithful Mr Coffee. Good luck !
I have owned two Jura machines
I have owned two Jura machines. And I'm sorry neigther lived up to the manufactures clams. The first was an EN series, it failed at less than three years and I contacted a repair company who wanted almost the cost of a new one to repair it. So I foolishly purchased a second Jura. The machine a C60 keep my wife and I very busy maintaining it, then the heating element failed and I contacted Jura. And a lady {Vannessa}in New Jersy said she send me an e-mail with a great deal to replace my C60 with. What a joke! They wanted me to invest $1500.00 for a replace it. Fool me once fool me twice and there will never be another time because I'll not do buiness with a firm that has so little regard for it's customers.
Would leave a minus if possible
Would leave a minus if possible. If you are thinking of buying a Jura just hope it never has an issue
BUYER BEWARE
BUYER BEWARE
The company does not honor any warranty issues unless you purchase the machine from Williams Sonoma or "an authorized dealer". So before you purchase from this company, go to school and take a course on who is an authorized dealer and then only buy it from them. I purchased a brand new $6,000 machine on amazon Prime and they will not honor any warranty coverage. Totally illegal and unacceptable. I will bring a class action suit, so if anyone wants to join, please let me know
JURA: The Best Espresso Machines for the Perfect Cup of Joe
As a home user and coffee lover, I have always been a fan of JURA espresso machines. I have owned several over the years and have always been impressed with the quality of the coffee they produce. The machines themselves are well-designed and durable, and I have never had any issues with them.
One of the things I love most about JURA is their commitment to sustainability. The use of durable materials and the fact that their speciality coffees are freshly ground rather than packaged in capsules means that I can enjoy my coffee guilt-free, knowing that I am not contributing to unnecessary waste.
I have also had the opportunity to use JURA's customer support and aftercare services, and I have been blown away by their efficiency. When I have had an issue with one of my machines, or it has needed servicing, they have sent a flightcase to collect it and have always returned it to me in a timely manner, fully repaired and serviced.
Overall, I am a huge fan of JURA and their products. The coffee they produce is top-quality and their commitment to sustainability is something I really appreciate. I would highly recommend JURA to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality espresso machine for their home.
Product gets a 5, Customer Service gets a minus 200
The product exceeds our expectations. The post sales service is close to the worst ever. We have a simple question to ask, called the CS number, and left a message as we were instructed to do. NO return call. We then set up an on-line appointment, which they confirmed, and they never showed up. Called again, left a message and no returned call. But based upon so many negative reviews on the service provided by this company, the chance of them addressing their service issues is just under zero.

I have called at least 50 times no answer
I email they said they would call me and they did; I was not able to answer so I called back same thing nobody answers
I was going to replace my machine but I have changed my mind
Who has time for this
Jura broke down after two years
When reading through the comments on Jura machines it seems there is these days an issue after two years of ownership. Ours was exactly the same - is this another case where, if certain conditions are met, the machine is programmed to break down after a period of time? Anyway, the brewing unit was at fault according to Jura and we were offered a service package of EUR 800 (!) to fix it. We will now buy another brand with proper warranty and a history of reliability.
Milk Cooler sucks. Neither Jura or WS will replace it. They make me send it back and I get it nd k and it works a day. Such poor service
So far I have no issues with the Z10, but honestly I’ve had it since mid august and I also purchased the milk cooler. I got that from the Williams Sonoma store. I left wit it and didn’t get the z10 till 3 weeks later. I had numerous issues with the milk cooler shutting off after the first week. Well WS would not exchange it. I had to go thru Jura. I send it in and they send it back and it stops working. I have to dump out the milk. I bet I’ve dumped it 13 or more times.
I e sent it now twice. They have had it more than me. I just got it back Wednesday and by Friday it’s shut off. I’m awaiting a supervisor call, but I spent a lot of money and I’m left with damaged items. It technically broke in the first week I used it, but it was technically week 4 since I had it 3 weeks before the z10 got shipped. So they screw me.
If you order a machine and a milk cooler do not leave the store with the milk cooler. You wait till you get the machine
Quality has gone way downhill. Customer service doesn't seem to exist.
I had a Jura ENA 4 that I loved. It lasted over 10 years of daily use. Both my wife and I love coffee. The Ena 4 finally stopped working so we bought a new one. This one lasted about a year and wasn't near the quality of the first one we had. I stopped working this morning and I spent 2 hours (1:56 to be honest) on hold with customer service before I gave up. We love the coffee the machine makes but it may be time to switch to a different brand. Jura doesn't last and can't get through to customer service...
Awful customer service
I agree with all the reviews that comment on the awful customer service experience. There are always very long waits on hold, and then the agents are always rude, impatient and only minimally helpful. It usually takes more than one call to resolve a problem.
The company should provide more information on their web site, and allow customers to solve problems by email rather than have to deal on the phone with the miserable employees.
I will definitely buy a different brand next time.
I own 5 machines and the quality is…
I own 5 machines and the quality is good. However, in the two instances I have sent them in for repair or refurbish, the customer service is awful. Rude, uncooperative and not caring at all about the customer. They get away with it because their product is good, but someone there should wake up and see how poorly their customers are being treated. It would be more pleasant if the offshored the whole operation.
I bought the glass milk container for…
I bought the glass milk container for my Jura and it broke within a couple times after using it. The glass was extremely thin but I believed it was due to something I did so I purchased a second. I was VERY careful when using due to the very THIN glass and again within a couple weeks of use it broke as well. This is due to the glass being extremely thin and it is horrible quality. I believe the company should focus on making a quality glass product instead of spending so much on the packaging. The packaging is such that the container won't break in transit because the company knows if they did not package it so tightly with tons of bubble wrap it would break due to it being a cheap thin product. I called the company to only hear, sorry we don't warranty our glass products. Well no crap because you would be replacing every one you sell. For such a high quality and EXPENSIVE coffee maker they should be ashamed to put their name on this glass piece of crap!
Well the machine is average at best
Well the machine is average at best, I bought a refurb S8 for 2,000 dollars. Nothing I see warrants the price they charge for the machine mostly plastic. The Jura app what a joke. The machine auto turns off so you can't rise int the morning an order a drink because the machine is OFF?
We bought a new machine of Jura 3 years…
We bought a new machine of Jura 3 years ago. The coffee tastes very good, but the machine is leaking water since 2 years now. Jura tried to fix it, but it didn’t help. The machine is out of the warranty periode now and Jura is not willing to work an a decent solution of the problem. We are very disappointed about the service level of Jura.
Impossible to repair?
Ok, the E25 is quite old but very reliable. It served me for many years so when it had a problem I said: Lets have it fixed.
The grinder was permanently running as soon as the E25 was connected to power. Obviously this was an electrical problem and google showed the problem to be quite common. Easy to fix for a skilled person ... so I opened the maschine to find out how easy it is to remove the board.
Then I stumbled upon the flat repair offer of JURA itself: send machine in and have it fixed for about 180 EUR.
Deal!
But: after two weeks I got a call that the machine is impossible to repair! They claimed some plastic that holds the grinder to be broken. Never!
They won't even send fotos of the damage and said the machine has been disposed!
Bought a Jura J 80 refurbished and…
Bought a Jura J 80 refurbished and after $1400 received it and it would not make a cup of coffee. Contacted Jura and they sent a replacement and it leaked coffee all over the counter top. They claimed they would test second one completely, obviously that was a lie. Anyone testing would see coffee leaking as it was a huge amount. Return are horrible, customer service horrible, refurbished machines horrible.
