Excellent Service…

Just had some vertical blinds fitted by Just Blinds North Wales and the service from start to finish was superb, no high pressure sales and Tanya has a wealth of knowledge and helps to coordinate fabrics with your decor.Also they say they will be fitted in a certain day and time and that's exactly what they do. Just Blinds Sheffield…

We have just had our vertical blinds and perfect fit blind fitted by Gary from Just Blinds Sheffield.

The customer service is excellent. Gary kept us updated throughout, even going the extra mile to ensure our blinds were fitted on time.

The perfect fit blackout blind is amazing and will be a godsend when the little one is off to bed.

Replacement vertical blind slats.

I'd just like to say that my experience with this company was first class.
I ordered replacement vertical blind slats with hangers and pet friendly chainless weights for my conservatory.
At every stage i was kept informed about the progress of my order, correspondence was promptly answered by Amy.
The product arrived today and was of an excellent quality.
My new blinds fit perfectly and look absolutely superb.
I thoroughly recommend this company to anyone thinking about replacing their blind slats.

I had both my kitchen wooden blind and patio door, perfect fit blinds fitted by Just blinds and cant fault them at all, the customer service given was fantastic from start to finish and the blinds look great, I would definitely recommend and i will certainly be using them again for the rest of my house.

You won't be disappointed

Measured up for 3 blinds by Alan. Really nice guy, great manners and excellent customer service skills. He came back today to fit them. Again excellent customer service skills and a really good ambassador for this company. He Spoke very highly about them, which i like to hear from an employee, I would definitely recommend this company you won't be disappointed. oh and the blinds look great too. 10 out of 10.

Great job from manchester brach

Had dean from just blinds the Manchester branch come out to give me a quote. I was very happy with the price place order on the day of my quotation and given a fit date there and then. Had my blinds fitted today and i over the moon with my blind and the way dean left my house no rubbish no dust and was show a demonstration how to work my blinds. Plus rachael in the office is amazing and customer service skills is excellent highly recommend 5 stars all round

Excellent service

Quick response with appointment made within a couple of days. Great choice, excellent price, knowledgeable representative (Mark), measured up and quote was ready on the spot. Order was delivered and fitted within about 8 days. Blinds fitted by same bloke, who did an absolute brilliant job. They look amazing. Thanks. Will use them again for sure. 100% recommend.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This company in Norton Canes 2018/2019 done the whole downstairs of my house with excellent results from start to finish

BUT. Have seriously gone downhill I ordered a small en-suite blind in January on 2-4 week delivery , the salesman hadn’t a clue on pricing and gave us three different prices to start one which was three times more expensive than a remote large front window blind I had four months earlier so he had to keep calling office and asking and after third price we accepted.

After five weeks I chased to get told get a call back they would chase , no call so few days later chased again only to get told same get a call back, again no call so I called again now six weeks into my order . They advised me that having problems with manufacturer and if I selected selected different cartridge get in a week, I didn’t want to do this but wanted my blind . I left it two weeks chased again as had heard nothing (not surprised to be honest ) to get told still in production I was fuming I had been encouraged to change my original order to get it sooner and it was just a lie get in one week .

I asked for as refund as no longer prepared to wait for a blind that they still couldn’t give a delivery date on and was told it would be sorted that day.

I paid on card so kept checking my bank for refund to no avail and as they no longer answered phone calls and no one in showroom to talk to when visited texted and emailed to be told they had issued a cheque !!!! And it was in the post . I paid on card and wanted it refunded back same way as it should be , who uses cheque now a days but thought ok at least cheque sorted. I still have not received this cheque , no no one in office again fourth day in a row been down different times in day to try and catch someone , no One answering telephone and no replies to email .

This company customer service has gone down so I strongly suggest before you part with your money go to a reliable blind company there are a few around that would only be too pleased to have your business and respect you as a customer

I am not expecting to get this refund it is just another lie told by the staff and have seeked legal advice to get my money back and also contacted the trading ombudsman

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Do These People Actually Listen?

I recently ordered some Vertical blinds and rails for my house and the only reason why I did end up using Just Blinds was that Whiterows Blinds were no longer in business. I can tell you that my whole experience ordering 4 x 4ft Rails for the front of my house and a 6ft Rail for the back all with the appropriate number of 3.5-inch slats was very hard to sink into the brain of the person I was speaking with on the phone when placing my order.

To be perfectly honest I honestly don't think this company have a clue about blinds and I am still finding it hard to believe the cockups they have made with my order. As to why they still choose a courier such as DX Express to deliver the goods is beyond me. You only have to check out the reviews of that courier service on Trustpilot to see how abysmal the service is.

When my order finally arrived after near enough 4 weeks just the way they had the slats rolled up for each rail with the weights and chains already attached tells me this company do not have a clue about blinds.

To be honest, if the slats were made of a decent quality, they may have got away with how they had packed them. But the quality of their blinds are paper thin and to be quite honest are NAFF! Even the weights are lightweight and not enough to pull out the indentations the chains had left in the slats.

When I ordered the blinds for my living room from Whiterows 4 years ago everything was quality. The Slats was made of quality material and even though the weights were also much heavier they did not do a stupid thing as these did by connecting them all together and rolling them up. The slats, weights and chains were all individually wrapped.

One of the other things I noted was that the 6ft rail which holds 23 slats they only sent out 16 slats for it. So I had to phone them up and they have sent me out the extra slats. What puzzles me is why they sent out a 6 ft rail and only allocated 16 slats for it in the first place. This just goes to show the incompetence of this company and how they do not listen.

Now I have been busy decorating the house and have just got around to the bedrooms and have recently discovered that one of the 4ft rails they have actually cut to 46 inches in width and it has been allocated to hold 15 slats instead of 16. My order was as straightforward as you can get so why on earth did they make this rail shorter than what I ordered.

My experience with Just Blinds tells me that this company is nothing but a JOKE! I spent a total of £229 and now I have had to go to Phoenix Blinds to replace all the slats with quality ones and not this garbage and I also have to buy another 4ft rail.

There is no way on this earth I could recommend this company and I suggest you avoid it. It has cost me a fortune and they have had £229 off me for 3 x 4ft rails and 1 x 6ft rail that comes to less than £100 from anywhere. The slats, weights and chains are only fit for the rubbish bin.

Having made loads of purchases online, the large`well -known distributors are usually very good at what they do, ie mainly import goods and then deliver to us.
However, I have just bought from an independent manufacturing outfit, namely JUST BLINDS who are worthy of full praise for producing and supplying top quality blinds at the right price.
