Great service over priced
Great service, website easy to use and shipment is very fast. You also receive a shipment update to and items arrived very quickly from ordering.
However the costs of the products is way over priced what they are even with the discount. I would recommend searching elsewhere as you can get some of the products 30-40% cheaper.

Unreliable and incompetent
Unreliable and incompetent, took three weeks to deliver the product and then delivered two lots. Expected me to drive 10 miles to my nearest post office to post back the second delivery. They’re a shambles use someone else.

I ordered 3 lots of different products…
I ordered 3 lots of different products to be sent to Spain several months ago. However, due to Brexit and new regulations the first order did not arrive. Just Herbs were extremely helpful and I cannot fault them in any way.
A second order was sent and I eventually found out that my second order was sat waiting in Madrid for me to send documentation. The email was in Spanish and also the documentation. Eventually, i was able to find someone to help me fill in the forms and after 2 lengthy visits to the Spanish Post Office I got help with sending the documentation, costing 5.70 euros, to Madrid.
Fingers crossed the packet will arrive soon.
It would now be useful for people living in Europe to have somewhere other than Scotland or UK to order from. Any suggestions please?
