I have ordered 2 times so far... the delivery was so fast, the packaging was impeccable and the quality of the herbs extraordinary. Healthy plants with divine smell. My garden style is a fairy type with all kind of flowers , where my bunnies (3 babies) have their own paradise. Having your herbs gives a nice and cosy vibe where enjoying a cup of tea erase a stressful day at work. What can it be more beautifull than cooking meals and have your own herbs to lift the spirit?! And my bunnies agrees too. Their plates have a Michelin vibe ( 😂 plants needs to grow much bigger to let them enjoy properly) Well done ! Approved 👌!

My first order. All arrived well protected, some pots had tipped but the plants were still in good shape. They look to be good quality. All planted up and looking forward to using them

Five stars isn't enough for this amazing company. Just had my first order through and they have been brilliant throughout and the plants are perfect and the range on the site incredible.

My second parcel of herbs arrived quickly and as always were in very good packaging. They all arrived in perfect condition and the smell when the box was opened was beautiful. All plants are well established and strong. They may cost a few pence more than a garden centre but every penny is worth it for the quality, customer care and delivery. Both parcels have also contained another herbs as a thank you. A very nice touch. Would recommend to all levels of gardeners or just someone who wants window sill herbs. Thank you

This was my first order so I didn’t know what to expect. I was completely delighted when it all arrived. They have the best plant packaging I have seen, all the plants are protected and in excellent condition. I’m so pleased with the quality and size of the plants.

What an amazing business and service - beautiful herbs delivered in 2 days for great prices. Well packed and super fresh… I thought I’d need to water them immediately which I did but they were actually fine. Will certainly buy again and thank you for your great service ❤️

Blown away by the service.
Used mail order before for plants, always hit and miss.
These were hand picked, garden centre quality. A few signs of stress from delivery, expected. Some compost loss, but thats a courier issue, plants were well packed so nothing major.
The plants all looked healthy and the aroma hits you as you open the box.
A quick water and after one night in the greenhouse everything had perked back up, all signs of travel stress gone.
Can't wait for them to establish and start cooking with them.
Definitely be back for more, great service guys.

I have used Urban Herbs multiple times. The herbs are always healthy, well packaged and delicious! I grow them outside my kitchen door and the flavour they add to my cooking is fabulous. They stock herb varieties that you never find in a standard garden centre. I highly recommend them 🌿

Fast delivery and my order was beautifully, sturdily packaged so the herbs arrived in perfect and healthy condition. I have just planted them and look forward to using my new olive herb, garlic chive and spicy oregano herbs soon.

First order arrived today. The herbs themselves are small but look to be of good quality. Sadly most of the soil had come out of my pots along with the labels, so they were a bit fiddly to plant, and I’m hoping I’ve identified them correctly. Hoping they bounce back because I will probably place more orders- they have a great selection. Would like to see a curry plant on the list 😊

I'd had Urban Herbs pop up on my social media feed, and was in the market to restock my herb planter. Had a browse, was blown away by the variety of herbs they had and drawn in by ones I never never knew existed! So I had to order.
The plants arrived quickly, really well packaged and all recyclable. The plants were all in great condition and very healthy looking. Would highly recommend

I recently placed my first order with this company, my herbs arrived promptly and look really healthy, they were packaged securely with no spillages or breakages and even more impressive,no plastic used whatsoever ive just placed my second order!! Can't recommend highly enough.

My experience with Urban Herbs was superb. My purchase of a specialist mixed herb collection along with alpine strawberries was divided for delivery in order to make sense of availability. Everything was in great condition in secure cardboard sleeves and the company keeps you in touch with everything as it happens.

Wow what amazing herbs!
The herbs arrived promptly and in excellent condition. The website is really good, lots of information and I purchased some more unusual ones based on the website.
I also bought the herb book, which is excellent so much useful information, tips and ideas. I will be making another purchase VERY soon.
Cannot recommend them enough.

Second order arrived today from Urban Herbs and lovely and fresh I’m impressed with the quality of the herbs too. One complaint I do have is the packaged box arrived and the plants were all turned over and the plants did not have the little pot names in them they were just lying loose in the box but luckily my husband knew which ones were which
