Lovely people, helpful unbiased advice

Fantastic service and a real pleasure to deal with. Nothing is to much trouble. Don’t be put of by the size of the shop it’s a real treasure trove.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone as it’s one of those Not on the high street treasures at your never forget once you have been in.

Absolutely amazing!! After months of searching for a new car seat for our 10 month old baby who hated travelling in her infant carrier, I was completely confused by lots of different groups suggesting different seats! I had no idea how to find the right one! I saw an advert for ‘Just Another Baby?’ and decided to make the 70 minute car journey for some expert advice.
Charlie was so helpful and instantly our journey was worthwhile. She spoke through the seats she had available and that she would recommend and explained everything clearly with child safety at the forefront of everything. We were able to test our baby in the seats in the shop and also tried out a few in our car. This was really helpful because although one looked good in the shop, it did not suit our car at all and our baby wasn’t comfortable in it.
Charlie then ordered our chosen seat and arranged delivery which was prompt. I cannot fault our experience and for the next baby query or item we need I wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you for everything.

When the product I ordered was not in stock I was kept fully informed and provided with an updated version of the product as soon as it became available, as well as a free gift by way of apology for the delay.

Fast delivery, never heard of this site before but they were the only ones with the item I needed for my pushchair! Will be using them again, great pricing as well.

Really good service, genuine product at great value. Would definitely recommend. Easy to contact someone and speak to them. Would have given 5 star rating, but my only negative is that there was no communication in regards to the delay in processing my order. Had to call them, but like I said it was easy and friendly service.

Charlie was amazing when it came to answering all my questions in regards to the travel systems she had. I was particularly interested in the ickle bubba v3 and Charlie was not pushy in the slightest. I left the shop but returned with in a matter of minutes to make my purchase as I was so pleased with the service provided.
