Service unacceptable
Service unacceptable – misleading subscription
I feel I have been scammed by this service. I used the platform only once for a single question, yet I was charged every month afterward under the pretext of a subscription that I never knowingly agreed to.
I never received any subscription confirmation email, no monthly payment confirmations, and no terms, policy, or proof showing that I accepted a recurring service. Everything was discovered only later when reviewing my charges.
I attempted multiple times to contact them to speak with a real person and request a refund, but I received no response.
This service is misleading and unacceptable. Be very careful before using this website.

Scam, they gonna try to take money from your card! Stay away
I contacted them and they say they will cancel my membership i never payed for membership nor did i wanted they just decieded to take my money thank god i blocked the transaction.Still thinks its a big SCAM!!!!
