terrible service
I ordered the mylee eyelash and brow tint. The activator it came with had broken in the parcel and spilt all over it.
I got in touch with just beauty and sent a picture attached of how it arrived and they advised me to resend the item and they’d get a replacement sent and said they could send a free returns label if I wanted one?! If I wanted one?!
Don’t know if the company have been paying much attention to the old covid-19 going around but I am clearly unable to get to the post office and actually can’t understand why a new product could not have just been sent when they saw the state the product had arrived in.
I will never use this site again.
