2 broken car batteries were delivered to me, leaking acid. This may have been the fault of the courier firm or not, I don't know, but it's not my fault is it. But the seller would not take responsibility. The seller refused to collect and replace, and refused to give me a refund unless I returned the batteries to their premises. But I was 325 miles away. I offered to get a local garage to inspect the batteries and confirm the problem, but no they wanted them back to their premises so they could inspect them themselves. Courier firms wouldnt deliver for me due to the acid, and the seller would not supply the specialist sealed transit boxes which I now believe reputable battery sellers usually can. So I had to drive 650 miles round trip to get my refund. It cost me over £130 in fuel, acid wrote my jeans off, but these sellers just dont care. Not even an apology, many of my emails were just ignored, and none of my losses were compensated. Don't be fooled by their name or their website or their ebay rating (I had to forgo giving ebay Feedback to get my refund through the dispute procedure) - if you want to know who they really are, use Google Maps with Street View and take a look at:- 11 Langcliffe Rd, Preston, Lancashire PR2 6UE. Its a small car parts shop in a row of shops near housing estates, it is NOT a big car battery specialist firm. And no, justcarbatteries as they call themselves don't just sell car batteries. I know that because I've driven leaking car batteries back to their shop 325 miles away in order to get my refund. Would you buy from such a company?

Amazing Quick Honest 10 out of 10!!!!!
Very good quick service ordered very late 5pm and arrived next morning, Superb packaging. Very good customer support and advice helped making life much easier and spot on. Hope to deal with again and i would recommend to all.
