food panda blood sucker. they didnt inform one voucher only can claim once. total RM130.. used RM50.. balance they dont refund. Never order pandamart.. they won;t refund u in cash but in voucher and expect u to use once or pay more!!!!!!

Worst food delivery company

Worst food delivery company. Hopeless help centre app. Force u to to chat wth their agents (a Jerry then a Jake) who are not serious in resolving customer complains & luv to abruptly end the chat to cut you off. Very unprofessional & unscrupulous. They allow restaurants who serve rotten meat to get away. They refuse to investigate & deny that a complaint report was ever made hence not qualified for refund. What a clever scheme to disclaim any responsibilities

Very bad and second encounter

Very bad and second encounter. Placed order at 1.15pm and waited until 2.40pm still haven’t received my food. Complained to foodpanda agent and they kept asking me to wait due to shortage of rider. If shortage of rider then don’t accept the order and don’t hold up people’s time. Also, never compensate after I cancelled for the order. What stupid service and so disappointed!!

Cancelled order on 4/9/2023 due to…

Cancelled order on 4/9/2023 due to delivery keep delaying, from 20 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes.

They told me refund will be 3 to 5 working days.
To-date is 12/10/2023, more than 30 days still didn't receive refund. Their live agents keep pushing the responsibility to bank. Their so call "relevant team" that can assist has no contact and unreachable .

I have been a regular customer of Food Panda for quite some time now, and I've usually been willing to overlook their occasional mistakes. However, the recent experience I had with their service has pushed me to share my frustration in this review. It's disheartening to see a service that I once relied on fail so miserably.

This time, my patience has reached its limit. My order was placed during lunchtime, likely due to the fact that many of us are juggling busy schedules. However, when the order arrived, the main dish was mysteriously absent. How can a food delivery service mess up something as fundamental as the main course? It's baffling and infuriating.

Upon reaching out to their customer service to address this glaring error, I was met with disappointment yet again. Their proposed solution was to refund a measly $5 for a missing Caesar salad with smoked salmon. Let's not forget that the entire order amounted to $26.99. The lack of accountability here is astounding. And what's worse, these refunds often end up as credits that we're essentially coerced into using on their platform again. It's a nonsensical cycle that makes no sense from a customer's point of view.

As if that wasn't enough, when I attempted to reason with their customer service representative, I was met with nothing but sheer rudeness. They didn't bother to hear me out, let alone provide any meaningful assistance. The conversation was abruptly cut short, leaving me frustrated and unheard. It's astonishing how a business that relies on customers can so callously dismiss their concerns.

I used to be a loyal, long-term customer of Food Panda, but this experience has shattered that loyalty completely. It's disappointing to see a service that once seemed convenient and reliable fall so spectacularly. Their lack of professionalism, the blatant errors in fulfilling orders, and the dismissive attitude of their customer service have not only lost them a customer but also gained them some well-deserved negative publicity.

I urge anyone considering using Food Panda to think twice before placing an order. It's an unfortunate reality when a service you once trusted turns into a source of frustration and disappointment.

Rider miss behave with me

I paid in full for groceries. The address was already saved as previous deliveries have been done without any calls or trouble.

Soon I was informed that the driver couldn’t get in touch with you & your payment won’t be refunded. As if the driver never came & the supplier enjoyed selling my purchased stuff to someone else.

Asked customer service to give evidence of driver contacting me or reaching the address but they said we can’t help you. Nice way to say you made our shareholders very happy, & next time don’t expect justice from us.

I recently ordered food from Foodpanda

I recently ordered food from Foodpanda, and I must say that the experience was Extremely Disappointing . Not only did they make a mistake with my order, but their customer service was Extremely bad and said they cant proved me a refund with no explanation.

I was even more angry by Foodpanda's response to my complaint. I contacted their customer service right away, expecting them to quickly fix the problem. But to my disbelief, they appeared uninterested and useless immediately. I felt fooled and completely annoyed when they made it plain that they couldn't make up for their mistake.

Any professional food delivery business, in my opinion, should take responsibility for mistakes made and work to make it right. But Foodpanda's refusal to issue a refund for my transaction exposes their total lack of responsibility. It shows that they value their profit margins more highly than repeat business and customer loyalty.

Foodpanda, you have lost a once-loyal customer, and I will make sure to share my negative experience with others.
