I kept asking for help through customer…

I kept asking for help through customer support by email but no clear and precise reply. However in my last attempt I tried Chat functionality. MASON finally did resolve my issue which was simple. I wanted to have a clear confirmation of effective date of my cancellation of my membership and SECONDLY to ensure that I do not receive any fees or charges forward looking. Mason did or will do needful. Today the 27th March, I am happily surprised that someone from your team ERIC just escalated the matter with me and this is far beyond my expectations. I can only acknowledge this type of reaching out customers.
