Kobby was nice but I felt a bit disrespected when he said "I have helped you with that "please" . To me , it felt like he was saying oh no he's not about to do this again, when I only wanted clarification on the matter. Nonetheless, the email I received calmed me a bit because the service was great and they were polite.

Manager Saves the Day
The last agent I spoke to showed very little empathy. I felt that this agent was just going through the motions and did not really want to help me.
