The agent was very patient and helpful and explained everything very clearly. We were offered insurance, however my friend and I have both booked comprehensive cover independently. I requested access to s fridge due to using eyedropper daily (which need to be kept refrigerated) Your agent agreed to put it as a request - once the hotel is allocated. We are travelling 23rd to 27th November 2026 to Scarborough/ Whitby trip

As always simple to book and friendly staff

We love coach holidays, it much better than flying, you actually get to see sights instead of square fields and walls, also the drivers are pretty funny as well, we had one that had a new joke everyday, he had the whole coach in tears of laughter, you don't get that on a plane either.

I would rather have done it online.
Call handler kept asking me ror a 'reference code' i think relating to where i had seen advert but i couldn't find it. Seemed unnecessarily complicated.
Also there is a typo in the itinerary, saying that the Bayeux Tapestry is at British Library, whereas it should read British Museum, but there is no way to message them about this and i cannot be bothered to phone as it's not the fall handler's fault

Booking was straightforward and JustGo were helpful with an amendment. Coach was clean and comfortable with a friendly and helpful driver. Hotel was dreadful. BUT, the surprising thing was that when I gave, what I hoped was constructive feedback questioning their standards control, I had no contact from the Company; nether explanation or comment - do they even read feedback?

Excellent your young lady, very helpful

Our driver Lee who took use over to the Isle of wight for a 5 day holiday was very friendly and helpful throw out the holiday and excelent driving in difficult situations and very tight spots over the holiday.
The only disapointment was the optional tour where we went to Alum Bay via Godshill and Chale the Needles, Yarmouth and Newport where we stayed for two & a half hours which I felt was to long as there was nothing of intrest except the shops which were the same as in any town in the UK would rather have stayed longer at the Needles & Yarmouth but overall I would do this tour again.

Enjoyed my stay at the Shanklin beach hotel in shanklin Isle of wight the staff were very frindly and helpful room was very clean except the room was not cleaned on one of the days of my stay also enjoyed the entertainment.

I was able to talk to a human which makes a change.

A real person: friendly, knowledgeable and with a clear speaking phone voice. She double checked every detail and made the whole experience a delight in these days of " read-from-the-script" operatives.

Very good places of interest to visit

This is a follow up from my previous review for booking ref C198683 complaint ref 44549. On the 27th August I received a message from person called Monica to say the team would revisit our issue and be in touch, I called today as I did not get a further message and was told that they would look further onto our problem but starting from the beginning as this has already taken from 12th July and was told they could reach the same conclusion we feel very let down by a company we have traveled with many times over the years.

Staff always helpful friendly and knowledgable prices reasonable

Just Go were able to resolve my trip to Ireland by locating a single occupancy room, where others failed. I'd given up. Extremely pleased with Heidi for her efforts.
