Although I had an extremely long wait in the phone queue it was well worth it to speak to an advisor who answered our booking questions and booked our holiday.
We much prefer booking this way.

Supplement £15 😡
Not very happy in the advert my town was the first pick up to be told by the agent. It will be a £15 supplement on each passenger. I asked the question why And was told that’s how it is. I wonder if I’ve told him the last pickup point he would still have said it’s a £15 supplement.

Lovely island, great trip.
Although it was a 17 hour coach journey from the south coast, the trip went very smoothly. Relay driver was early and very friendly. Tour driver was excellent, Alan, his first solo trip and he made it fun for us. He was very organised with the excursions and he had done his homework about the Isle of Man. Alan made himself available to all travellers when needed. Hotel was good, staff were friendly and meals were lovely. I would recommend this trip but I would fly over next time.

Too many stops for too long
Driver "went wrong" way twice. Hotel was basic, 2 person on reception when we arrived, ran out of food, nothing nearby, not enough time at coast
