I was with Just Host Me for 3 years, but currently not due to a partnership seperation, but looking forward to rejoining them again. I found their service to be second to none. Having worked in IT looking after Global major accounts for many years, I found Just Host Me far better than most out there offering a simular service. Alway answer your questions in quick time, and no issue is too big an issue for this company. Great company and great staff.

Just Host Me is a very good service and the staff are very quick to respond to any requests for help. Prices are decent as well.

My husband and I have both been using Just Host Me for many years now for registering and hosting various domains for personal projects. Their Client Portal is very easy to navigate, and any support tickets are actioned quickly. Jeffrey in particular gives great service and my queries are always efficiently dealt with by him. Happy to recommend this company.

For the most part, JustHostMe has done a great job hosting my sites, and the recent updates in their UI makes domain management pretty easy.

I do wish that they'd expand to other types of hosting packages to keep up with web development trends.

From the beginning, there communication was well written, clear and easy to follow. I like their policy where I can open a ticket with any request. JustHostMe support has always responded in a timely fashion. Their website account area is well organized and I can easily and quickly look at and understand my status. I recently transferred my ownership of a website I wrote for a brass band that I used to play in. I expected some difficulty when I asked to transfer it to another band committee member. However, the procedure was quick and easy. I pay by direct debit and have never had a problem. They let me know if I forget to update my credit card status because of a renewal. There is really nothing I don't like about my service.

I’ve been hosting my web sites through JustHostMe for many years now. They have always been friendly and efficient when I have required assistance with my web site and the fact that the servers are based in the UK really helps SEO for my domains. I wouldn’t move elsewhere. The uptime and server speeds are fantastic!

Been with the company 9 years. Only have a simple website but have had no problems at all, excellent up time. Only occassionally used support but the response is quick with staff knowing what they are doing, and have always my problem sorted quickly

Average but Clear! because what they provide they wrote on their website(No lying in the name of marketing), with SSD they just have a lot more prices but storage space they provide is less. They have OVH Servers which is good as they can ignore a lot of DMCA. But after exceeding Disk Space you only have to UPGRADE, no more storage. Which sometime become a bit more expensive.

JustHostMe have completed the server migration of our website from France to London. However, they neglected to tell me the new details for the mail server before they completed the switch. Therefore the emails that they sent to inform me that the migration was complete were not received by me; furthermore the email (which I finally read this morning, 5 days later) did not contain the new mail server name.

I have now worked it all out but not before I 'lost' crucial information.

I've used Just Host Me for years with many sites, I always recommend this host to my clients. Top support, great performance and well priced. Couldn't ask for more.

First rate customer support with quick responses to any technical issues I may have. I've been a customer for several years and I'm very happy with this web host.

I'll admit that JustHostMe's support has always been very good. Any queries resulted in prompt responses and resolutions to my issues. I always received a reliable service and whenever there was a service outage or problem they were always very upfront about this.

My main gripe is that I was overcharged for a long period of time. Okay it's my fault for not spotting it but the entry budget package (£2.00+VAT) is a good deal. However, they put my price up to (£3.00+VAT) some while ago and I didn't get anything extra for the increased cost of £1.20 over what other people pay. I paid this higher cost for many years so they probably rinsed me out of £20-30 in total. It's left a sour taste in my mouth as I wanted to like the overall service.

In the end I moved to another provider. To justhostme's credit the leaving process is really easy as they allow you to turn off ID protection and get your transfer code and unlock your domain in the best part of a few minutes. My only advice would be always make sure you're on the best price and negotiate!
