To be quite honest I don't understand where the 5 star reviews have come from for this company........I was advised by a couple of people to give these guys a shot only to be told by them that they didn't have the resources to help with my issue and to go to citizens advice ( an organisation who as a rule have very little input in regards to tenancy law ). Avoid at all costs.

Helped me successfully claim on an unreturned unprotected deposit. I recall I originally didn't communicate well, but they still responded when I tried. Then referred me to a nowin-nofee solicitors. There was some duplication of bureaucracy, with some lack of transparency. But the firm was good to deal with, and fortunately the claim wasn't contested further.

Their homepage provides crucial and practical information I wanted to know. Their support helped me to deal with unexpected and mentally tough situation.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Justice for Tenants. Over the course of 16 months, I experienced significant delays in communication and response times.

Besides, I was given advice that shaped the way I presented information in my witness statement, which ultimately worked against me and now I have been asked to withdraw my case. It was admitted that the staff member who initially advised me lacked a thorough understanding of the legislative nuances. This oversight caused me considerable inconvenience and stress, as I relied on their expertise to navigate this complex process.
It's such a shame that such a nasty lanldord like mine managed to get away with breaking the law without any consequences due to the wrong advice given by JFT.

I hope they address these issues to prevent similar situations from happening to others. Clear and accurate advice, timely communication, and a comprehensive understanding of the relevant legislation are essential for providing effective support to clients.

The phone isn't answered. Nobody replying to emails! I was given JFT information from housing ombudsman and I've got nowhere! In an awful situation which is no fault of our own and no help!!!
