The product never arrived

I had a delivery problem with the courier - APC.

On contacting Just Milk , Warren sorted out my enquiry rapidly and politely. Great Customer service from Warren from Just Milk.

I have been unable to get my just milk since covid. This company is excellent. I order and within a couple of days it gets delivered. Good use by date. Good value, and delivered on time by a friendly company. X

Great lactose free milk, my whole family now have more settled stomachs.

Stocked up for while, it'd be great if delivery charge isn't that high and also if shelf life is advertised on website. Now I we're racing to finish out lot before the 6month BB window

You have failed to respond to my previous two messages to yourselves regarding damaged delivery. My next step will be a formal complaint if not resolved satisfactorily

The lactose free milk is NOT lactose free. It has a full lactose content. They add lactase but this only works for less than 70 percent of people. They do not read or reply to messages and the way they advertise this item is dangerous to the people who are resistant to lactase. Definitely false advertising and when asked to stop the subscription on the grounds that the milk is useless to me They didn't even reply. It will be interesting to see if they take the next subscription as I have copies of all my correspondence and an also reporting to the ASA..

Ordered their Lactose free milk online, as Costco have stopped selling it. Cost a little more as had to pay for carriage, but very pleased with the super fast delivery. Will definitely be ordering again.

I love this milk and because I use so much it is easier for me to order 2 cases at a time. Also not many places sell this product, which is a shame, but as long as I can get it online, i'm sorted.

I order 60 bottles every month, delivered to my door.

Unsure if this is the company’s fault or the delivery driver but my delivery this month came by 4 broken beaten up boxes. The boxes looked like someone stepped on them repeatedly & were torn. Not to mention I ordered the milk first week of September & it has taken over 2 weeks to arrive with no response from anyone when I filled out their form online.

The milk is tasty and well rounded. Its a privilege to have this milk for a dairy intolerant individual because it taste just like milk. Some of my close people have drank it and didn't know the difference. I will keep re-ordering because it provides a variation for my milk selections.

The deliver was fast. I used to get this milk from Costco and it is no longer stocked in there (lactose free version). I am lactose intolerant and there is not a lot of companies that do nice lacto free milk. When I first started this milk it was great. It was creamy just like normal milk but without causing me to be ill. I am glad I was able to still find this milk as I struggle with other brands as most are to watery or very expensive.

I have to use this milk for health issue. Have difficulty finding it in bulk. Very fast efficient service. Thankyou
