Awful customer service - do not use

Awful customer service, box arrived with a gaping hole and missing items, thrown into a bin with household waste, even the delivery was not next day!

They refused a refund or replacement, refused to take it up woth royal mail and I have now managed to locate some photos from my ring app, not sure why this is on me, but the lacknof ownership for their own appointed courier ia beyond me. Even with the photos they refuse to take ownership!!!

I would definitely not recommend them to anyone, save the headache go somewhere else

Didn’t receive full order

Didn’t receive full order. Email sent showing my order was packed in brown paper and they replied with the CCTV footage showing my items were packed in bubble wrap. So some discrepancy somewhere but they aren’t bothered. Now I’m £70 out of pocket. Please do not order anything from this company.

As you can see from the reply below from just my look. They still can’t answer why my parcel was delivered packed in brown paper when their CCTV showed it was packed in bubble wrap. Absolute awful customer service. Please do not order from them.
