I’m very disappointed with my recent experience with Just Natural. My order arrived in an extremely poor condition: the box was ripped open, crushed, soaked, and the food inside was exposed. This made the items completely unfit for consumption.

I sent photos immediately, yet customer service continually insisted I should open and photograph the food items themselves — even though they had already been exposed and were unsafe to handle. To me, this response expressed a concerning lack of appreciation of basic food safety.

Despite the photographic evidence provided and the fact that consumer law requires retailers to resolve issues with damaged goods, the company refused to offer a refund unless I paid for the return myself.

The quality of the delivery was bad enough, but the lack of responsibility and dismissive customer service made the whole experience far worse. I would strongly advise caution before ordering food from this company.

I have used JN several times and have had quick delivery. This time I have not received my order. They use EVRI who have promised delivery next day on 7 occasions. Escalated to JN who seem unbothered and have received no reply from them.

Pathetic delivery experience. Ordered steel cut oats but half of packets were burst open in the delivery .No customer support to complain on the website. If a grocery company cannot deliver packages it does not matter what quality they are selling . Please stay away !

Great natural products. I always buy our toothpaste from Just Natural: several choices, fluor free.
The service is also very good, orders never take too long to arrive and never missed any.

Having received my order I saw on the Steenbergs Christmas Chai that there were no directions for use...heaped teaspoon? 2 teaspooons? Milk, water? I first emailed Steenbergs for the directions - no reply. I then contacted Just Natural (clfdistribution.com) who supplied it...they didn't bother to reply. Just Natural soon after sent me a request to review the miso I had purchased. Such audacity...I said, "Think about that one-way demanding attitude you have; just interested in sales and reviews and not open to assisting a customer with a product purchased." + "And your answer would tell me that the buyer/seller is a TWO way collaboration rather than sinking into the vastness of your empire and actually ignoring the people that maintain it." They just take the money and run, don't expect them to be of service. Never again.

The product arrived quickly and was exactly as,advertised

The apricot kernels sold specifically say they contain amygdalin and give guidance on how many to take but there is no bitterness whatsoever meaning no amygdalin. I won't be buying anything again from this site.

The parcel came really quickly & I was kept informed of its progress. The items (raw cacao beans) are gorgeous. I've ordered this product from Just Natural before and will again. Thank you

Generally a good family run company with good customer care when I’ve used them

Absolutely terrible customer service and packing services.
Package arrived with item missing and detergent leaked.
After contacting them, instead of rectifying just refunded me and told me to order the item again, meaning im paying £4 delivery for their picking error.
I was given 30p off to make up for it!? Shockingly appalling. Five emails in and no resolution or contact number.

Dreadful, absolutely dreadful, even 1 star is undeserving. I ordered something from them on 26 September- they said it would take a couple of days - still didn’t arrive. They’ve given me an incorrect tracking number and I’ve emailed them several times to let them know that I am no longer interested, therefore can you please provide me with refund, and each time they’ve completely ignored my messages and didn’t even have the decency to let me know what’s happened with my order. - This is the first and very last time I will be ordering from this site.so, I haven’t received my delivery, nor does It appears that they have no intention whatsoever of providing me with a refund. But I will fight this tooth and nail.

This company provides excellent products for my
dietary problems. Cannot fault service.

I ordered and it didn’t take long to deliver

Won’t be using again. Wish I had read reviews. My Hemp seeds x2 packages had holes pumpkin seeds split packing Rice had split and spilled throughout. No reply to email. Don’t recommend won’t use again the only thing not damaged was the salt.

My order arrived promptly and everything I ordered in good condition. My only problem was finding that the organic brown rice is not suitable for milk allergy sufferers I therefore can't use it sadly. I have to admit I didn't read the details of the ingredients before I ordered it as I never expected ingredients other than rice.

I wanted to buy some compots for my grandchildren who were here on holiday from France, but the only place that used to sell them no longer had any. I ordered online from Just Natural and they delivered a few days later.
