I asked for a quote which was more expensive than my current renewal, but that's not the problem. I'm now getting spammed on both email and SMS messages to my mobile with their marketing even though I selected NOT to receive any marketing. The link to unsubscribe takes you to their website where there is no option to unsubscribe. What an incredible disappointment.

Always find a great policy for our travels which don’t cost the earth. All done usually within 10 minutes.

Recommended by ROL cruise specialists, so we thought we’d give them a try. Just taken out a policy for a single trip insurance for hubby and I. It was straight forward going through medical questions and the price was better than another quote I had. Friendly staff, would’ve given 5 stars but I’d have to see how good they are, should we need to claim.

I was passed from pillar to post on the phone then was told a claim form would be emailed to me and to expect it in 15 minutes. 24 hours later and still no email. I have tried to log into my account online and fill in a claim form, but password not accepted. Got an email with re set password link and followed all the instructions and it won't accept change of password. I tried all this till I'm blue in the face.

It was so easy to set up the insurance, no hassle and very quick. All sorted and very very reasonable price. Thank You.

Ignore previous criticism. Once the review appeared on Trustpilot the service improved and I spoke to a very helpful person in Durban. They did have a problem emailing me my documents and got me through showing me how to access them online. I was then contacted by the very clear and pleasant Beth from Sunderland who recognised my disability and ensured that I have everything I need for next weeks trip. Note that the call centre for buying policy is in Sunderland but all administration queries go to South Africa- which is much better than having them dealt with by a robot. I would prefer more presence in Sunderland but I cannot fault the care I have had this week on both continents. I think that posting a review on Trustpilot definitely helped me get attention in a time of rising panic.

Swift and easy to follow process . Product meets my requirements at a competitive price

This is the second time I have used Just Travel. I have not had to claim so I cannot comment on how smooth the process would be. I must say there was a discrepancy on the policy, I called and the young man changed no questions asked which was refreshing. Many thanks
