Online booking was easy to navigate, identify my car and choice of tyres. Arrived on time and greeted by friendly and engaging staff. Very efficient overall.

I recently visited Just Tyres to have three tyres replaced and I couldn't be more impressed with the service. Leo was fantastic — he took the time to explain exactly what was happening and even showed me an issue with one of my wheels. He also provided some excellent advice regarding needed work on one of my springs. His professionalism and helpfulness made the experience very positive. Leo was extremely polite and attentive which made a big difference. I would highly recommend Just Tyres to anyone looking for reliable and friendly service!

At very short notice the Basingstoke branch came up trumps, my son discovered a screw in one of his tyres, as it was late in the day and needing his car for work early on Saturday his options were limited, however a phone call to Will solved the problem.
Within 30 minutes a new tyre was supplied & fitted, outstanding customer service.
I’d certainly recommend Will & his team.

Booked an appointment and paid online for 4 tyres to be fitted and wheel alignment. The order confirmation suggested to call on the day before setting out just to confirm the tyres were there as sometimes they have to be ordered in. We live about an hour away and it was hammering it down. The friendly gentleman who answered the phone said no problem and if I wanted to arrive before the appointment time it was no issue as they could do it earlier. Because of the bad weather though, I arrived only about 15 mins before. Little warm office to sit and wait, it took about 30-45 mins all told.
Paperwork and receipt was printed and on my way again. Would not hesitate to recommend and will definitely use again.

2 x Hankook tyres, very good price, cheaper than the others. Wheels properly balanced. So all good.

Visited last September for two new front tyres. The service I received was above and beyond what I would expect from a garage that seemed to me to be somewhat under staffed, given how many customers they were dealing with. The Manager ran between the front desk and the workshop, effectively multi tasking and yet somehow managing to remain calm and polite to all waiting customers, despite also having to deal with an unexpected situation on the forecourt where a customer had become frantic and was unable to drive her car following a blow out, not to mention the 2 or 3 drop offs from the AA within minutes of each other. Regardless, all staff were very courteous and efficient and by the time they got to my vehicle, were still happy to answer any questions I had. Very happy with the service I received and the price on 2 Conti. Cross Contacts was considerably lower than anywhere else in Basingstoke...even threw in a doughnut while I waited 🤣 Many thanks to the Team at Just Tyres Basingstoke.

I had a family situation and was over 2 hours late, the fitters and manager was understanding and still did my tyres in under half hour. Very good

The gentleman that dealt with me was brilliant, he talked me through what the problem was with my tyres, and advised what i should do to preserve my new tyres, there was no pushy sales talk.

I called to change my appointment and when I turned up the appointment had been moved to the wrong time luckily they found fit me in but it was a bit annoying

The guys were friendly but they did rush the job and did not check their work. A customer stopped me while reversing, the Just Staff had not placed the caps in the mags correctly and one fell out.

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Just Tyres

I recently visited Just Tyres for what should have been a straightforward tyre replacement, but the experience was frustrating and deeply concerning.

After the service, I discovered that one of my wheel nuts was missing—a serious safety risk to my family. When I contacted customer service, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior. The representative even terminated the call when I tried to express my concerns. To make matters worse, the tyre they fitted went completely flat just days later, and my subsequent attempts to resolve the issue were met with sarcasm and no meaningful support.

When browsing reviews on Trustpilot, I noticed a strange pattern that, in my opinion, suggests some reviews may not reflect genuine experiences. If you want to understand what is truly happening, I suggest visiting the Basingstoke Center yourself—you’ll see how the real-life service compares to the glowing reviews.

I cannot recommend Just Tyres based on the lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer care I encountered.

Great service with very knowledgeable staff, will be going back whenever a new tyre is required & will be 100% recommending to family & friends!

Poor service from the centre. Emailed customer services on the 17th November to complain and still no contact from them. I can only recommend you do not use them.
